Kefta de Cordero y Taco de Pulpo 🌞 feliz verano Alicante, estamos abiertos hasta el 2 de agosto ♥️ We take a lot of care sourcing our ingredients. For the kefta our butcher double grinds the leg daily. The octopus is brought in whole from Galicia, and we cook it in the oven with gluten free beer and vegetables. In March of 2022, I arrived for the first time to volunteer for in Przemyśl, Poland, cooking for the refugees resulting from the full scale invasion of Russia. One guy who was always there for me, and for his people, and for any other that needed help, was ♥️ We are so fortunate to have him here for a well deserved vacation, celebrating both his birthday and also the life of our mutual friend who was murdered recently while providing humanitarian aid in Gaza. I didn’t know Damian as well as Michal, not even close, and his loss has weighed a heavy toll on the heart. Life is short and unpredictable, live it well and with respect for those around us. “No problems, only solutions.”

“Choose your weapon” If you want to cook, be selective and take care of your knives. Here we have knives of mine from 1996 to present. Are there some missing? Yes, but I will get them or I have them at my other home. Are there others that are better? Maybe. But these are the extensions of me, and I trust only in my team and the awesome guys at ❤️ in the barrio of Alicante, many generations taking care of the best chefs and their knives.

El lunes día 22 abrimos, y también el sábado 27 mediodía ♥️ gracias por un buen descanso, Team LK 🗽 I have spent the last days in Przemyśl, Poland, with the family, to honor the life of who was murdered along with 6 other wonderful and amazing people with our team in Gaza on April 1. I was so looking forward to getting to know him better and better, our short time together feeding people and giving hope was cut short way too soon. There is a sadness in my heart, and spending time with so many that were very close to him has helped. Listening to stories and telling tales about Damian have started the healing. ❤️‍🩹 It was great to see you all , see you here in Alicante or until next time we meet somewhere in the world. RIP Damian, I will always remember “no problems, only solutions” 🇵🇸 🇪🇸 🇵🇱 🇺🇦 🇲🇦

We appreciate reviews and accept that sometimes we will receive a negative one from time to time. However, when people post false information I have to address it. I can assure you that we do not have “industrial guacamole” that “does not contain avocado”. We would never, ever feed our guests this. We prepare the guacamole daily, the avocados supplied by our friends at Nemesio in the central market. One may have their opinion about us, but to blatantly lie and attempt to damage our reputation is unacceptable. The salmon BLT is also not fried. It js cooked in a saute pan.
