The tradition is long and the history is strong. They deserve to be told... Shaped over centuries by 10 generations of winemakers, Maison Cazé-Thibaut has seen the birth of men and women, all devoted to their land and their craft in the beautiful Marne Valley.
Roger Cazé was the first to market bottles of Champagne. A skilled winemaker, his reputation was such that he worked for the vineyards of surrounding villages as well as for Champagne Cazé, which he founded in 1953.
Within Maison Cazé, the works succeed each other, complement each other, but never contradict each other. Today, Fabien continues this work of passion to create precise and elegant wines in which the notion of terroir is obviously essential.

If you love Spanish food, you have to try Secreto Iberico, a hidden cut of meat from the Iberian black pig. It's juicy, tender, and full of flavor. I had it at La Sal Bistro, prepared by the amazing Chef Antonio Cuadros Martinez. He grilled it to perfection and served it on a bed of caramelized onions and potato sticks. To top it off, we enjoyed a bottle of Tarima Hill Old Vines Monastrell, a bold and fruity red wine from Alicante. It was a feast for the senses.
