Centre dance is a part of every Hamilton City Ballet's Dance for Parkinson's class. Artistic details and stage direction are a part of each lesson.

Dancing Past 60: ‘I Actually Forget That I Am Aging’ On this dance team at a Queens community center, being a grandma is a plus.

FREE 55+ BALLET CLASSES

I feel very passionate about teaching these classes, the course was an inspiration and although I already teach clients in their late 60´s many of the teachers on the Silver Swans Licensee course are teaching clients into their 90´s! It is my job as your teacher to make the classes inclusive for all participants.
For this reason I am offering free classes until the Christmas break. If you are around 55 a begginer or returner to ballet and wish to have fun come and take part.
Classes are in Spacio 10 Spa Marylanza hotel Monday and Wednesday 10.30am
Monday and Thursday 6.15pm
