It looks as if Antonio could be in hospital for a few more days. We’ll let you know when Mix will reopen but he’ll probably need a few days to completely recover. However his doctors are really pleased with his progress and his eye is continuing to improve. Once again many thanks for all the kind messages.

Mix will not open again this evening. The scratch on Antonio’s eye has become badly infected and he has been admitted to hospital. We are really sorry for any inconvenience and both of us are very thankful for all the kind messages you have sent us. We’ll let you know tomorrow what’s happening.

We are very sorry but Mix will not open today, Monday 24th May. A small piece of detritus has scratched the surface of one of Antonio's eyes. It’s too painful for him to work. He’s been advised to take the day off to give it time to heal.
