This 65sqm apartment has recently been renovated, creating a fresh and modern feel whilst keeping some original architectural features.

The new floor layout includes an entrance, open-plan kitchen and living area, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

All rooms have indirect and task lighting, including uplighting lineal led, fixtures and cove lighting with dimmable circuits.

The use of warm whites, greys and natural materials give a light and airy atmosphere. Matt finishes, satin nickel fittings and fixtures, details and craftsmanship are found throughout the residence.

In the heart of Poble Sec, this 2 floor house has been renovated into individual apartments to cater for the residential needs of the city. This project incorporates patios and natural light to all 4 apartments. In Amaca we worked with Kahane Architects to create a modern interior feel, staging the main living areas for the sale of this newly promoted development.

En el corazón del barrio Poble Sec, esta vivienda de 2 plantas fue renovada en apartamentos individuales. El proyecto incorpora patios interiores y luz natural en todos los apartamentos. Desde Amaca, trabajamos junto a Kahane Architects para crear un interior moderno, para la promoción de los apartamentos.

Concept and Visuals for a Real Estate promotion in San Cugat by

​​​​On the adjacent street, 2 town houses form part of this new development in Sant Cugat. The main concept was to unify the interior with the exterior, giving continuity to the ground floor paving and using folding doors to create an open-plan space.

​​Al otro lado del patio, para las casas de esta nueva promoción en Sant Cugat el concepto principal era unificar el interior con el exterior. Se ha conseguido dando continuidad al pavimento y utilizando carpinterías plegables para poder crear un espacio diáfano con el exterior.
