What BS.
You arrived 19:08, studied the menu, then you tried to order a mini-burger, but they weren’t ready, so you ordered Burger and Bravas, then you cancelled the Bravas because it would be too much food, you finished ordering, paid, and got your drink at 19:16,
The Champion Burger arrived 19:21, after opening the burger, but before tasting it, you requested a side plate, from the bartender, then you spent minutes removing all the extras, the miso sauce, the rucola, tomato and red onions from the burger, onto the side plate, (my 4 year old grandchildren just push them onto the table, so well done there), then you put the mushrooms back on.
Then you struggled to get the burger in your mouth, to take the 1st bite, at 19:25,(it’s funny to watch), because even without the toppings, there is 25% more Bun and 60% more Patty in our Burgers than in a BigMac.
By 19:32 you did manage to eat 1/2 the burger (that’s equal to 2 mini-burger, twice what you wanted to order), but we guess that as the veggie burger patty contains veg: broccoli, carrots and mixed peppers, and you had removed all the veg that was on the burger, that it wasn’t to your taste, maybe you didn’t realise you were in Vegan burger bar, Maybe us calling the veggie burger a “Champion Cat Burger” you expected a dead animal patty, or the new “pretend dead animal” patties?
Maybe our big “vegan” sign outside and the “GO VEGAN“ beermats on every table are not obvious enough?
Anyway, then you stared at your phone for the next 31 minutes, hardly lifting your head, or moving, making no attempt to speak to the bartender, (2.5 metres away), who served about 10 other people while you were here, maybe you were asleep, (it’s extremely boring to watch).
Then you woke, jumped up and left without saying anything, without drinking your Fritz orange or finishing your burger.
If there had been something wrong with your Burger or Fritz or it was not what you expected, it would have been replaced, but you have to tell the staff, they are not 100% accurate mind readers yet.

2 stars for not being open, outside our opening hours.
I wonder how many stars, if we were closed during our opening hours??
