Tras el éxito de la pequeña barra nikkei Kokka en el Gótico, abre su hermano mayor en el corazón del Borne, el Big Kokka. Una propuesta de cocina nikkei creada por Juan Otivo, chef peruano, y Kioko Li, chef japonesa, ambos formados en restaurantes de alto nivel, y que nos sorprenden con una fusión única de ambas culturas.
