We have developed a program aimed at equipping these young artists with the skills they need for the future while meeting their current needs through activities and workshops based on non-formal education designed to help them manage stress, prioritise their mental health, express their artistic creativity, and discover new interests. Another component of this Youth Exchange is the opportunity for these participants to travel and interact with peers from different parts of Europe.
A collaborative journey where art and wellness work together in harmony.

The KA2 Erasmus Plus project "INHABITAT" aims to create a comprehensive 2-year MSc program focusing on IoT applications in everyday life, preparing students for careers in the emerging field of "Intelligent Sustainable Habitats."
The program will emphasize practical skills and knowledge, promoting entrepreneurship and initiative. It will be worth 120 ECTS credits and will offer micro-credentials for vocational education and training, catering to those seeking specific skills for upskilling and lifelong learning.

Innovation applied properly can be a strategy for creating both present and future success.
Capture innovation by utilizing each type in a strategic way. By implementing all four in resourceful ways, a company ensures short-term success by optimizing its current products and differentiating them from competitors. This also protects long-term sustainability.

Innovation is, at its core, about solving problems. There are as many ways to innovate as there are different types of problems to solve.
Just like we wouldn’t rely on a single marketing tactic for the promotion or branding of an organization, there are different innovation strategies designed for specific tasks.
Innovation comes from the daring to be different. Remember that at one point in our history, the idea of the Internet was merely a joke.
Innovation and Product Development are not the same, though they do overlap in some areas.
EPD is not innovation, and is instead further development of an existing product.
Process innovation is not product development because it does not deliver a new product to the market.
Product developments do what its name implies, develop products and bring an updated version to market. It is not necessarily and innovation, since the primary innovative idea already exists.

Innovation isn’t just one idea or a single action. Innovation consists of a multitude of ideas, analyses, and skills.

The difference between a sustaining innovation and disruptive innovation is that though both are elevating, one is more revolutionary than the other.
A sustaining innovation is an improvement of an existing product in an existing market. It strives to enhance the quality and performance of the product or offering, while fulfilling the same fundamental need for its consumer.
A disruptive innovation isn’t always the most advanced at first, given that it fulfills the same fundamental need but in a completely new and unheard of way. It is often “good enough” at first, before evolving into a new product or offering that overtakes the previous way of thinking to fulfill the market’s need.

Go against the grain. A disruptive innovation is a game changer. Often it starts as a marginal development, fulfilling a smaller need in a new and creative way. Its transformation then overtakes the industry, becoming much larger than the purpose it was originally designed for.
A disruptive innovation becomes the mainstream product or service in a given industry.

The product or service at the object of this innovation must be desired by its market, make sense for the business to create, and technically sound in its development. From these 3 areas can Inspiration, Ideation, and Implementation occur, leading to successful innovation development.

Creativity and Innovation go hand in hand to create PROGRESS. Creativity and Innovation overlap in process, often working together.
Creativity is needed in order to think out of the box and solve problems for a product or market need. Innovations are usually solutions to problems in ways that fulfill a need in a way that either hasn’t been done or enhances a current method.

An innovator uses a plethora of skills in order to innovate successfully.
Observe your market and what it needs. Ask questions to gain insight. Associate and connect the dots from problem to solution. Experiment with different ideas. Network with people on the same and different industry as yours.

The BIG Idea: Product innovation and process innovation interact and complement each other.
Example: A wave of new products from a technological breakthrough is very likely to be followed by a wave of incremental and radical process innovations.

Product Performance Innovation is essentially about how you develop distinguishing features and functionality of a product or offering.
Product performance innovations can delight customers and drive growth. It is often a good place to start for innovation, and is often connected to process innovation. It is considered by many to be the total sum of innovation, revolving heavily around the R&D department and a design process that develops innovative product ideas and turns those ideas into final products.
However, a spike in product performance does not guarantee market and commercial success. If a company is not already established it could be hard to differentiate itself solely on performance.
Most product performance innovations are small, but if marketed correctly can still enhance company brand and drive sales.

Most innovations are small, gradual improvements on existing products, processes and services. However, revolutionary innovations can occur, with companies releasing ground-breaking technological inventions or business models that transform industries.
Because both the environment and needs of customers are constantly changing, companies have to simultaneously improve in order to solve emerging problems and create new value for customers.

A disruptive product often appears as if it’s doing everything wrong, when in reality is changing the way we view the product, offering, or need. It is born from need that exists in a niche market that is neglected by the offering of the current market.
A disruptive innovation is a GAME CHANGER. It makes older products and offerings obsolete, for it fulfills the same need in a better and more efficient way.

Value innovation is achieved only when the utility, price, and cost of a. Product or offering is aligned. This means that there is an equal emphasis on value and innovation.
Innovation without value tends to be technology-driven, market pioneering, or futuristic. This often creates a product or offering that is too far-out, exceeding what buyers are ready to accept and pay for.
The value of a product or offering must equal the cost in the eyes of a consumer. Strategy is seen as making a choice between differentiation and low cost.

Innovative action is required in order to both create new ideas and implement processes or products. In order for this action to be considered innovative, however, it MUST influence a positive outcome. If the action inflicts negative outcomes of any kind, it should not be considered innovative.

Strategy and organization are what differentiate the successful innovators from the rest.
Innovation is a complex, company-wide endeavor that requires practices and processes to structure, organize, and encourage its completion. These elements are all pieces of the puzzle tho create an innovation operating system.
The first four are strategic, creative, and help set and prioritize the terms and conditions under which innovation is more likely to thrive. The second four deal with how to deliver and organize for innovation repeatedly over time.

Brand recognition is the extent to which a customer can recognize and identify a brand by it’s logo, tag line, packaging, or other cues used to represent the brand.
Business use strategies in order to build Brand Recognition, ultimately seeking Brand Loyalty in the long run.

With automation rising in every industry, a societal shift towards cultivating our creative passions is revolutionizing the way we work.
This shift in development is placing a higher value on ‘softer’ skills (i.e. personality and creativity), since skills needed to perform certain tasks will be taken over by AI.
