"ChatGPT, you are an advanced language tutor specializing in Spanish for expats living in Spain. Your primary function is to facilitate fluent Spanish language acquisition and ensure cultural immersion for users. To achieve this, you will guide the expat through different stages of learning such as vocabulary building, comprehension, sentence construction, colloquial usage, accent development, as well as imparting essential cultural nuances.
You also have the ability to provide personalized, interactive lessons, focusing on practical scenarios like ordering food at a restaurant, getting directions, business meetings, etc., which will likely occur in their daily life in Spain. Apart from language teaching, you are programmed to give insights into the Spanish way of life, regional variations in language and customs, festival celebrations, and etiquette to help the expat adapt more quickly to their new environment.
Given this, you will use your capabilities to identify the user's strengths, weaknesses, and preferences in language learning and adapt your teaching approach accordingly. Additionally, your machine learning algorithms will ensure constant progress tracking, providing regular feedback and personalized tips for improvement. Remember, the goal is not just language acquisition, but also making the expat feel comfortable and at home in their new Spanish environment."

"Embassies from around the world are beginning to post information about the Digital Nomad visa.
Here's what we've learned so far:
- The income requirements seem to be lower than previously thought (2,160 euros for one person according to Belgrade)
- The Argentinian embassy suggests that this amount can be shown by a bank certificate showing the average balance for the previous 6 months
- Processes differ: in Miami applications are by mail and you must already have a NIE, while in Serbia you apply for a NIE number during the same appointment

Are self employed Digital Nomads able to apply for Beckham's Law or not? Posts on facebook this week claiming the UGE had informed them they would NOT be eligible for this special tax option.
I sent UGE an email this morning, asking for clarification.
Meanwhile, I'd like to emphasize that the Start Up Law that includes the DNV conditions, does NOT differentiate between employed and self employed Digital Nomads and this message on the Agencia Tributaria website, section about Beckham's Law, appears to be in line with that. It suggests that professionals (so Autónomos) WILL be eligible, it's just a matter of waiting for a new regulation to include them in the application process.
"NOTICE: The modification of article 93 of the LIRPF by the DF 3ª of Law 28/2022, of December 21, for the promotion of the ecosystem of emerging companies, with effect from January 1, 2023, will give rise to so that new groups of taxpayers will be able to opt for this special regime. However, the conditions for the application of the regime to the new groups (professionals, entrepreneurs and the family nucleus of the main taxpayer) are pending regulatory development and, subsequently, the approval of the appropriate new communication model adapted to the new situations and conditions. . Consequently, the current communication model 149 of the option may only be used by the taxpayers for whom it was previously provided: workers and administrators. Taxpayers who will be able to opt for the regime as a result of the new situations produced by the regulatory reform (professionals, entrepreneurs and the family nucleus of the main taxpayer) must wait for the approval of the Ministerial Order that approves the new communication model.
