After seeing the encouraging posts made by fellow artists, I wanted to share my progress too in sculpting!

While I am definetely still a newbie sculptor, I have made progress and learnt a lot of things (like ears lol) along the way! I am happy to have learnt and more importantly I had fun doing it!

I encourage everyone to keep making art, at whatever level you are, and not let elitist propaganda and perfectionism take you down or discourage you.

I'm happy today of belonging in this community, where virtually everyone teamed up to show every artist starts somewhere, that art is art regardless of "quality" and an artist is an artist regardless of their level of mastery.

Learning to make traditionally sculpted eyes! The bases are 3D-printed in PLA, which means I get to have as many as I want in all possible sizes for peanuts :D Would you be interested in eyes made with PLA bases? (they would still be coated in transparent resin, and the iris would be painted air-dry clay, it's just the base that would be PLA) Or you would only want eyes with resin bases? You can vote below!

First MSD-size Imma printed in resin! I tried some eyes on her and she wears 14-16mm.

Also first time stamping my name alongside my signature on the inner side of the headcap, and I love how it looks!

I still have to sand this head, finish the inner COA and glue magnets (and perhaps do a faceup), and then I don't know what will I do with her... perhaps I'll keep her for my collection or perhaps I'll send her to a new home if she finds one...

Selling B-grade slim-MSD tshirt/sweater for 5€ + shipping!

The tshirt has some sewing defects (see picture that features back) and the printed cat looks a bit wonky on Minifee bodies (or other slim-MSD bodies with mid-sized to big bust). On slim-MSD boy bodies or flat-chested slim-MSD girl bodies it should look good!

Not very appealing picture, but I am making a headcap for a headcapless Volks Ryo head! Swipe for more pics of the process and the head!

It looks so bumpy right now but I plan on sanding it with the Dremmel to improve the surface.

After finishing the headcap, I want to give the head some new faceup (the one it has now is not the original by Volks one so I decided to remove it and make a more detailed one). Then I will put on some cute wig and perhaps sell the head!

I had written in the bust stand preorder post that busts for Minifee include a special neck adapter, but I never showed how it actually works! Here you have a quick tutorial on how to assemble it.

Working on a personal project today - acrÿlic yarn wig for my sweet .dolls Claudia!

Sometimes I think about taking commissions again for wigs/making wigs to sell (most probably the last), but I am not sure as this one is made from a not very wig-making-friendly yarn (that I needed to use because it's the JUST RIGHT color) and is taking me forever to make xD

I LOVE Menhera and wanted for a long time to make Menhera clothing, so I'm over the clouds with this first design! It's the first time I make a drawing pattern and it's just so much fun.

The idea behind the sentence "Please KI** me" is that it can both mean "KISS" and "KILL", and isn't that very menhera? :3

Sewing MNF/slim MSD doll sweaters. This one is special because not only it's designed by me, but its central motif is a drawing I made years ago that has a lot of sentimental value.

I have only the pieces to sew 2 of this design of sweater; if they turn out alright, 1 will be for me and 1 will go for sale. If enough people like it, I will consider trying to get more printed to make more sweaters of this design.

The print shop that prints this kind of textile (and that accepts small orders) is in Spain, and since I'm in Italy now I have to figure out if they ship to Italy or if there is a similar Italian shop, so in the event I do make more custom designed sweaters, I don't really know when.

In any case I want to keep making them and improving, designing them and seeing them come to life is so much fun!
