Welcome to Kaz's crochet and knitting,I love creating & making handmade crochet and knitting for my friends and family and would love to make things for you too.
This bag from was quick and easy to make ,although 100% cotton is a bit rough on the hands whilst crocheting ,it was well worth it for my daughter, but she will have to wait until I see her in October 💕
I finished my crop top just in time for summer. It was originally a Halter crop top by . I wanted the option of having straps so made them a little wider with a scalloped edge, I added buttons to the ends of them so they can be buttoned down or tied around my neck halter style. I also made it so that it buttons down the back to make it easier for me to put on .
The main pattern is Mjs Stroll in the Park Halter Top combined with the edging from pattern number Drops 248-1 .it's made with a negative ease to allow for the stretch of 100%cotton yarn. 💕
🌞
I'm quite impressed at how these turned out, they survived the glaze and kiln. I haven't made pottery for nearly 40 years ,since I did pottery for 'O' Level at high school . turned out well too 💕

I'm making myself a summer top,the pattern is Stroll in the Park crop top from blog ( although not going to be cropped for me).
I'm using 100% cotton yarn so it's cool for the summer. I'm also making it so it fastens with buttons down the back .

Tried my hand at pottery today,I haven't done it since I left school too many years ago to count🙃
This is the first fix glaze ,it needs firing and a final top glaze . I'm excited to see how it turns out💕
A little Pink Teddy Bear ready for his new life in Canada 🇨🇦 . A request from a Canadian friend for her great niece 💕. She wanted a rainbow ribbon 🌈 ,but as I couldn't find one I decided to crochet a rainbow scarf instead.
I made this Spring wreath for an Easter present for my husband. I did most of it while we were sat watching tv at night , luckily being your typical man he hadn't noticed what I was doing right under his nose 🤣💕. Now to see where we can hang it up 💕❤️💮💐
Good Friday Gluten Free fish and chips 💕
I've made myself another summer cardigan. This was from a Sirdar Stories pattern number 10741,it's an intermediate pattern. I haven't done the scallops on the bottom edge as I prefer the look of it without them on me. I also omitted the extra rows in the centre back panel as I only have a narrow back . The buttons came from my late mums stash that I inherited and are the most perfect match . I still have a lot of the variagated yarn left ,it didn't use as much yarn as stated in the pattern because I didn't use all separate colours to make it. If I did it again I would do a 2 row colour change so I can carry the yarn up the sides because it took me so long to stitch in all those ends 💕
Nearly finished this Crop Or Not Cardigan from . I love making things from this designer, her patterns are so clear and easy to follow and always turn out perfectly. I'm excited to wear it 💞
Just blocking this Crop or Not Cardigan by before I stitch it together ,add cuffs and the button band. It's the first time I've made a garment purely following a video as I'm lefthanded and have to mentally switch it around. This yarn is a bulky alpaca , it was supposed to be Dk ,I ordered it from that very cheap(ish) Chinese warehouse so it took a while to find a pattern for it,but as usual provided the perfect pattern .I have it blocking in the sunshine on a very breezy day in Spain . I sprayed it with water and now waiting for it to dry completely before I finish it 💕
It's a perfect day for a beach walk with Jasper 💕🐾
I made this Octupus coffee pot cosie for my friends birthday ,I adapted the pattern from a that I have made before. I thought I would go back to knitting for a change from crochet as knitting was my first love of yarn crafts
I've enjoyed making these mosaic wearables from by . The mittens took a little longer than planned as I lost a fight between my thumb and the bathroom door so I wasn't able to crochet for a few days,it's surprising how much you can achieve with determination though. I have left the thumbs open so that my daughter can still use her mobile phone without having to take them off. I also made them a little longer as she has beautiful long fingers 💕

I made myself a hat . It's certainly needed in this British winter weather. I'm glad I'm only here for Christmas and NewYear ,as much as I love visiting my family it's far too wet and cold for me here 💕
When you arrive at your younger sisters for a few days after a 2 thousand mile journey and are asked can you make a wreath, the answer was "yes of course I will" not expecting it to be as big as me ,well one full evening and part of the next morning here it is . It will go on the gable end of her house, but someone a little taller than me will be doing that 🤣🤣🤣💕🎄🏵.
A Place is set for absent friends and family. I set up these lanterns every Christmas in memory of absent loved one's especially my mum . I lay a table ready for any of them and don't shut the doors so anyone is welcome to visit.I use the furniture from my daughters dolls house. This year I added some better lights and micro crocheted a throw for the chair
You don't see fog very often in Spain, its sea mist but it has been around all day.
I lied about that one,of course I'm crocheting today
I finished my Christmas cardigan. Every year I look for a sparkly cardigan but never found one that's quite suitable,so I decided to make one. This from is perfect for the Christmas season. I will be able to wear it with dresses or more casually with my jeans or little black skirts. 💕🎄💕

A few miniature wreaths ready for Christmas 🎄 😀. I used a pattern from
She has lots of different miniature decorations to make, they are very quick so you still have time to make some for gifts or just for yourself 💕
A couple of crochet baubles ready for Christmas 🎄 🎄🧶
When you have a couple of hours on a train, then another three on a flight and a drive home from visiting family what better way to spend your time than catching up on some crochet. Also capturing the very quick sunset followed by a beautiful full moon .
I'm making the by
Our last morning in Silverdale was a touch cold ,it was minus 3°c ,so we had to wrap up warm when we took for his morning walk along the shore
I'm looking forward to getting started with this yarn bought on a Black Friday deal. I need to finish a few other things first so my husband may have to wait til after Christmas for his Mountain Ridge cardigan. I will post progress pics when I start it. 💕🧶🧶🧶💕
A Host of Angels nearly ready for
I've actually made a start on and it's still only November 🙃,talk about leaving things til last minute but it's difficult when it's still nearly 30°c and the sun is shining ( it's not usually this warm in November)

I can post this now that they have been gifted ,my friend wanted a pumpkin hat for Halloween.
A Granny Pop V neck jumper all finished ready for Autumn, still nearly 30°c here at the moment though but I'm sure I will need it in UK in November 💕
