I offer mixed level yoga classes that can be as gentle or as challenging as you choose with modifications suggested for each pose with a mix of alignment based poses and slow flow.
If you are looking for more of a challenge in your practice, come join the Intermediate Thursday night class incorporating Sun Salutations while flowing through poses and connecting your breath to your movement.

Kakasana (Crow Pose) are among the first arm balances that many students achieve.
Getting into the pose can feel nearly impossible—until it doesn’t. This pose offer you an opportunity to feel both strong and flexible, which can motivate you to challenge yourself in other ways in your practice.
If you're a yoga enthusiast who loves being near the water, you may want to look into SUP (stand-up paddleboard) yoga, which is a combination of paddleboarding and yoga in one.
SUP yoga forces you to stabilize multiple muscle groups at one time in order to keep you balanced. This action will cause you to work muscles you didn't know you had.

Triangle pose or Utthita Trikonasana brings about grounded stability and a heart-opening expansion of the chest.
It stretches the hamstrings and back muscles while activating the abdominal muscles.
It’s a pose that requires concentration, body awareness, balance, and a steady breath, which can help focus a wandering mind and bring you back to what’s happening on your mat.
