A little over three months ago, I change my service provider to Brsk within two days,
they had to send a technician round because the Internet kept dropping out they
changed the router which increased the speed to what I was paying for but the dropouts have continued,
I have just had it confirmed by one of their representatives on the
telephone (it was recorded) that they’re going to reimburse me the first three months payments about £100 and compensate me for my time and trouble.
It’s a shame when you have to go this far to get the service that you’re paying for, if you are having any difficulty, then I suggest you get an application like Net uptime monitor the free one works for one hour, the full version is just $9.99 which will continue
to monitor for as long as needed, only 19 drop-outs in 45 hours, but they should be none!
it was this little bit of software that saved the day, as it constantly monitors my Internet if dropouts appear it forms a log, it is that log that I sent too Brsk that got them to change their mind, not only have they changed their mind regarding my service, but they’re also
endeavouring to do everything they can, so I do not take legal action against them,
we should get what we are paying for, no more, no less...
One afternoon, I had 134 dropouts in less than one hour

On the 27th of August 2023 I went to a bike show in Stockport, on the way back I passed through the junction located at Denton Rd and Stamford Rd in Audenshaw for local people this is at the side of the sun pub,
according to the central ticket office at Greater Manchester Police I was travelling at 58mph and also going through a red traffic light at 0 seconds.
two photographs were taken the 1st at 0 seconds and the second the same 0 seconds was I actually travelled in time? and did not go through the red light.
The time of the offence was also approximately 1 hour before I left the bike show at Stockport, thankfully I had uploaded videos to TikTok which could prove, I was at the show and could not be going through the traffic lights, although there were two photographs of me going through the red traffic light at 0 seconds travelling at 58mph
the automatic camera at the junction had not been serviced for over 8 months the law states these cameras must be serviced every six months as a minimum, obviously the calibration and time on this camera are incorrect,
I have written to the court explaining this, but they completely ignored me and sent me a court date, I completed the form and pleaded not guilty and placed my circumstances on the form as requested.
The police completely ignored my requests for the name of the ticketing officer and also for an up-to-date calibration certificate for the camera, today I received a letter from Greater Manchester Police unsigned and unnamed saying and I quote "a discrepancy had been identified and as a result a decision has been made to withdraw these proceedings"
The reason I need the name of the ticketing officer because it is a criminal offence to issue tickets knowing that they are fraudulent or there is a discrepancy and of course the officer would have known the calibration of this camera was out of date, therefore no tickets should have been issued to anyone until the camera had been re-calibrated.
if you were in the area off Denton Rd A6017 and Stamford Rd in Tameside, which is the junction at the side of the sun pub and you have received a ticket then it is unlawful,
I am hoping to bring criminal proceedings against the officer for issuing fraudulent tickets to myself and maybe other members of the public, I am sure I would not be the only person to receive a ticket from this defective camera and yes any camera which is not within its calibration timing would be considered defective.
I am also claiming £120 costs that I have incurred for expenses, fees for travelling and legal advice

cannabis is now available through private clinics all over the United Kingdom, since 2018. cannabis flowers can be purchased at a reasonable price and quality, so why would we still need to push the governments for more or less legislation,
because this is evidence that they have made cannabis a medicine for the rich, not for the poor, as many of you know in Spain I was the president of Santa Monte Verde Medical Association and I have had numerous clients that have come from the United Kingdom that have the wealth to be able to travel and pay for this medicine privately, but It's still not available on the NHS so it needs to be purchased via government approved medical cannabis clinics,
I am paying approximately £350 every month this gets me 60 grams of cannabis flowers at about 20% THC, the very same product I could produce in my own home even with the extortionate electricity charges, for a lot less. The cannabis I receive is classed as a controlled substance, the same as he**in based medicines and the actual cannabis oil, full extract cannabis oil also known as FECO is not available and is considered to be Class A drug, funny isn't it how the largest moneymaker in modern medicine is radio isotopes and cannabis has been proven to assist in the reduction of tumours and even the total removal of all cancerous cells from the body, surely we need to have this kind of medicine available to our loved ones, cannabis treatment should be used prior to the most dangerous medicine that has ever been prescribed in history,
can also be used for individuals who are suffered a stroke THC protects the brain and allows it to recover, the research is out there, so why is it not available. I've only mentioned strokes and cancer, arthritis, Crohn's disease and many others. I'm sure many of you can add to this list.
What I would like to see is cannabis available on the NHS and also licences to be issued to individuals who are currently being prescribed cannabis so they may be able to produce their own. The plant does not possess any dangerous compounds that can do any harm or any undue side effects, facts that even Facebook can't deny.
the prohibition of this medicine completely removed not only can the cannabis plant bring our loved ones back into good health but it can also be used recreationally, with a lot less problems than any of the recreational products that are currently available, this can be demonstrated by the legalization in the United States of America where local authorities found they now have a huge pot of cash, to provide local services to local people,
I would suggest we do the same a few changes in legislation would allow some of our dilapidated public houses, to be reopened as cannabis cafés, cannabis could if we would let it, put the great back into Britain.
For those of you do not know The United Kingdom is one of the largest producers of medical cannabis in the world for export purposes, the owners of these businesses have direct connections, family connections, with members of the government bodies, that are making cannabis illegal, to poor people, remember if you got money you can buy cannabis flowers from a private clinic as I do, thanks to the generosity of my patriots,
it is not being paid for by National Insurance, that I've paid into for the entirety of my life as I approach 60 years of age. could also be used for many other ailments, bringing the savings to the National Health system as it stands incalculable, but what I can say is it would free up beds save the industry millions and bring back our sons and daughters away from the dangers of social alcohol.
If you have read this far then I would ask you to spread the word make sure everyone within your family knows about the medical wonders that cannabis can bring and to be wary of the Pharmaceutical industry that has definitely not got your best interests at heart, we have been lied too, misled, misinformed, data has been manipulated, I'm not sure how we can progress and how we would turn the government into sensible caring individuals, but what I will say is I will not rest, I will continually pressurize in any way I can, to bring forth decriminalization of the cannabis plant
