Es preserva l'essència de la qualitat espacial dels interiors. Es conserven els embigats i empostissats de fusta de sabina, on es realitzen petites obertures que deixen lliscar suaument la llum natural per la superfície de les parets encalades.

L'interior continuarà sent un espai protegit i fresc tal com era originalment, i amb l'elecció dels revestiments continus de tonalitats suaus i clares, aconseguim una lluminositat i subtilesa material molt especials, que el converteixen en un espai molt acollidor i agradable.

Refurbishment project in Ibiza

The essence of the spatial quality of the interiors is preserved. The beams and wooden platforms have been preserved, with small openings that allow the natural light to slide softly across the surface of the whitewashed walls.

The interior will continue to be a protected and fresh space just as it was originally, and with the choice of continuous coverings in soft and light tones, we have achieved a very special luminosity and material subtlety, making it a very cozy and pleasant space.

La casa optimitza la seva superfície i es posiciona en el terreny de forma que alliberi i qualifiqui els espais exteriors per a poder ser utilitzats de moltes maneres.

La façana ventilada amb taulons de fusta juntament amb els elements de protecció solar de llistons, més enllà de garantir un molt bon comportament tèrmic de la casa, ens permet aconseguir una molt bona integració en el seu entorn natural.

The house optimizes its surface and is positioned on the site in such a way as to free up and qualify the external spaces to be used in many ways.

The ventilated facade with wooden panels, together with the solar protection strips, beyond guaranteeing a very good thermal behaviour of the house, allows us to achieve a very good integration into its natural environment.

L'estructura de la casa es construeix d'una forma ràpida i efectiva amb panells massissos de fusta contralaminada. L'aïllament serà de panells de fibres de fusta i el revestiment de façana de fusta termo tractada, aconseguint que la casa sigui transpirable i molt ben aïllada, fet que influirà en el confort interior i l'estalvi energètic.

The structure of the house is built in a quick and effective way with solid cross-laminated panels. The interior will be made of wood fibre panels and the coating of façade with thermo-treated panels, making the house breathable and very well insulated, which will influence the interior comfort and energy savings.

The contact with natural and healthy materials will improve the indoor well-being.

Rehabilitació i ampliació de l’antiga rectoria de Serinyà per a consultori i oficines

La intervenció genera uns nous espais públics que ens permeten aconseguir una interessant connexió urbana, millorant l’entorn de l’edifici aportant una fluida circulació de vianants al poble.

Una façana abstracta permet reconèixer l’equipament i mostra una perspectiva que enquadra el campanar de l’església.

L’elecció dels materials de l’edifici s’integra bé amb els materials tradicionals existents en el lloc.

The intervention generates new public spaces that allow us to achieve an interesting urban connection, improving the environment of the building providing a fluid circulation of pedestrians towards the village.

An abstract facade makes it possible to recognize the equipment and shows a perspective that frames the bell tower of the church.

The choice of building materials integrates well with the traditional materials existing on the site.

A vegetal cover that follows the profile of the original terrain allows us to hide the building and give an apparent continuity to the natural vegetation of the place. Aconseguim d'aquesta manera que, tot i que l'habitació té unes mides ajustades, la sensació serà d'amplitud i relació amb l'exterior.
