Tapas in Granada

This week I had three tapas tour. First one with six ladies from the USA on Monday and on Thursday with .eats (Nicole and Justin) from Hongkong. Unfortunately yesterday I forgot to take a picture with David & Barbara from Australia.

On Monday we had a rough start, because of unforeseen circumstances, but it all ended well.
On Thursday we had a small delay to other unforeseen circumstances, but they were happy as well. And Friday all went as planned. Finally. ;-)

We had some great wines from Granada and Spain, vermut, tinto de verano, tapas and wonderful raciones.
They all tried some food that they had not had before or even might not have thought off.

Let me not forget to post a photo of last Saturdays tour with Maureen, Reesa and husbands. Friends who met during a trip abroad and now travel together.

Last Monday I had a wonderful tour with Gene, Christine and two of their daughters.
They loved their introduction to the Albaicin and the baklava from the Mosque with the Moroccan tea.

They loved every drink they had and all the food. Some of the things they had never tried before.

Last Sunday the 5th of May, Liberation Day in NL, I had a tour with friends from the USA and a couple from the UK. The photo was taken in the second bar, as they preferred to have the photo taken before there was more wine in the body than the glass. ;-)

On Sunday I had a fun tour with Swedish/American in-laws and on Monday a father and his two sons.
The father was happy to have a female intruder after some days with just his sons.

This weekend I had again some great tapastours. Saturday night, thanks to Magna, was a bit more complicated but the friends from Ireland and USA en enjoyed it a lot.

And yesterdays new friends from Canada and USA came by today for the promised vermú tasting. So we were able to take the picture we forgot on Sunday.

Sunday and Monday evening I had again two tapastours.

They all enjoyed some wonderful food, they had not dared to try on their own.

We forgot to take a picture, but luckily they came by to taste some more great wines from Granada.

Sunday night, it was another great night of a tour. Even though the procession of the Virgen de las Angustias made the city very crowded, we found space in the bars I wanted to go to.
We ended up as last bar in , with some great wines and ofcourse vermut casero.

Friday evening I had a wonderful tour with Jen and Sam.
Lots of laughter trying new food and new wine.

This weekend another weekend from without having days off.
