What’s your personal and professional sweet spot at the intersection of utility, skill, compensation, and meaning?

As entrepreneurs, if we have a passion for something without the ability to make money from it is merely a hobby. Our goal must be “the intersection of what we care deeply about, what we can excel at, and what we can make money doing.”

This is called Ikigai, a Japanese word that roughly translates to “reason for living” or “reason for being.”

What’s your Ikigai? Purpose. Why. Raison d’etre. Ikigai. All of these concepts stress finding meaning in one’s life, and work is a primary outlet for many of us.

Ikigai explicitly ties purpose to doing something that benefits the world. Entrepreneurs who provide helpful goods or services offer value to their societies, families, and communities. And when a good business idea fuses with skill, practicality, purpose, and passion, it becomes something far more valuable than just the money it makes.

I truly believe that entrepreneurship can change the world if we use our energy and time for the things we are great at and love. And figuring out our Ikigai is a core component of evolving as an entrepreneur to live a live full of baraka.

A brand’s visual universe is the combination of the appearance and sensations that composes the language used by the brand to communicate with it’s audience, whether in images, colors, font, illustrations, and shapes.

This language looks to create an emotional connection, make the audience fall in love, and that they want to form part of their life.

Behind all of these brands is hard work researching in order to create strategies that predict the needs of the market and that help us embark on the port of consumption through emotion.

The elements that make up a visual universe should be designed with the goal of making the brand’s strategy into reality. making an “all”. They will depend on the personality and identity of your brand and what you want to transmit with it.

t’s a somewhat abstract concept, right? That's why it's necessary to structure the brand and make it even more realistic. We can achieve this through a visual universe, around which we can distinguish certain elements:

🔹 Tangible attributes or characteristics that make it recognizable and that can be seen and demonstrated in the product or service : logo, colors, symbol, etc.
🔹Intangible experiences, emotions, and values, which are a fundamental element since they generate an emotional connection. One never forgets how a brand made them feel.

Whichever characteristic these elements belong to, they should always be created keeping the following in mind:

🔹Identification and appeal:
Position ourselves in the mind of the client and that they can recognize us with ease.
🔹 Positive experience:
Create an immersive and emotional experience, that way they will choose us before other companies or competitor’s tools.
🔹Transmission of values:
Speak the same language, make our intentions and where we want to go clear, and above all, HOW we do that.

Today I'm going to show you the logo design and development of the visual identity of Fahama Links, a company dedicated to international trade between Spain and Arab Countries.

The image had to keep a certain duality between the two worlds that it aims to unite through the connection between the two points. So we decided to work the brand using the Arabic letter ف (fa), initial of Fahama and something similar to a globe with connection points inside, to communicate in a visual way the dedication of the company

La Identidad Corporativa o de Marca es la manera en que tu empresa comunica quien es, a que se dedica, su filosofia, calidad de servicio a través de:

La imagen corporativa en un restaurante es tan importante como en cualquier otro negocio, ya que influye directamente en cómo los clientes lo perciben.

Para una buena imagen de marca es necesario desarrollar el branding y la personalidad del negocio para construir una imagen única y fuerte que diferencie un negocio de su competencia. Para mostrar estos valores, la imagen corporativa siempre debe impactar e invitar a que los clientes conecten con la marca.

¿Y cómo desarrollamos la imagen corporativa de un restaurante?

Lo primero que debemos hacer es definir el negocio, averiguar qué le hace único, qué le diferencia de los demás, cuál es su historia, etc. De esta forma, podremos definir los diferentes elementos que formarán parte del logotipo y de la imagen completa del restaurante.

Una vez desarrollada la imagen de marca el siguiente paso es desarrollar el manual corporativo donde se plasmarán todas las normas y recomendaciones para poder elaborar todas las piezas necesarias tanto actualmente como el futuro.

Son muchísimos los elementos de un restaurante que deben personalizarse para construir una imagen corporativa fuerte. Por ejemplo, alguno de los elementos imprescindibles que todo restaurante debería tener:

Logotipo y manual corporativo

Tarjetas de visita con la información del negocio. Son importantes porque el cliente contento podrá usarla para reservar en otra ocasión o para pasar la información a sus contactos.

Papelería corporativa (sobres, folios, facturas, etc.). Tanto para proveedores como para clientes todo el material de oficina debe estar personalizado.

Cartas para el local y/o manteles de papel.

Cartas de servicio para llevar y flyers. Para realizar buzoneos y/o hacer publicidad de nuestro negocio de forma localizada.

• Cartas online con acceso mediante código QR, o a través de una dirección web o a través de las redes sociales

Merchandising (llaveros, bolígrafos…)

Decoración del local. Es posible decorar las paredes con vinilos diseñados especialmente para nuestro restaurante, colgar posters u otros elementos de marketing necesarios.
