Our cocktails are carefully crafted with the upmost care and attention from the preparation down to the glassware & garnishes.

Using only quality and fresh ingredients sourced locally and seasonally. All of our purées and syrups are made in house to perfectly balance out our cocktails.

And on top of all this the menu is designed bespoke by our sister company to add that final finishing touch to the bar.

Carefully curated cocktails using only the best quality ingredients working as close to the source as possible 🌱

Take a look at one signature cocktail made for a client last summer. Tequila Reposado combined with homemade Mandarin and Paprika purée, fresh Jalapeños and topped with Coconut Water.

Finished with our charming rustic terracotta cups handmade in Formentera and biodegradable agave-made straws.

The rustic bar 🪵 Did you know this bar has been on quite the journey. Keeping it in the family my father-in-law designed and handmade it from scratch and then delivered it by van all the way from the UK!

As with every winter we work on some renovations to the business in preparation for another explosive summer. So with that in mind we are excited to redevelop our mobile bars and bring some new designs to your events!

We even make our uniforms cool 😏
