SON MAIG, our Passivhaus project in Mallorca is a bioclimatic dwelling where we faced the challenge of having views to the north and solar exposure to the south. Through a double facade, we managed to achieve both. Stay tuned as we have made significant progress in the project, finalizing the last details for this family home in the Mallorcan countryside.

KLARQ_ multidisciplinary architecture and interior design studio specialized in passivhaus and Mediterranean design.

One volume with a distinct entrance. Another glimpse of our low-energy project in Madrid.

The renovation of this beautiful Ibiza villa was a significant challenge. We love breathing new life into spaces that hold so many memories.

CASA CA NA MARIA is a family home in Ibiza that we are certifying as a Passivhaus. Stay tuned because the construction will be very interesting!

Exploring the world of TinyHomes with a unique focus on design and architectural creativity. We love the result of this project!

“Uno de nuestros sueños era poder hacer la rehabilitación de una finca antigua para poder combinar los elementos existentes con los nuevos de una manera armónica y coherente. Este sueño hace tiempo que se hizo realidad, sin embargo, no dejamos de sorprendernos en cada una de las rehabilitaciones que afrontamos. Cada casa tiene su propia historia y en el proceso hay un gran aprendizaje que nos enriquece muchísimo a nivel personal y profesional”, nos cuenta Kim.
