To be in balanced with both mind and soul must be one of the most valuable feelings I have felt within me. It gives me a flow of creation and that motivates me to design different shapes of macrame jewelries and accessories.

When I start creating jewellery or painting I enter a mindfull space where the only thing that matters is calmness in mind and soul. When do you feel mindfulness?

Some days don't go as planned and that is okey. I woke up with a sore throat and low energy which resulted in a change of plans with my course. Instead the day went by with lots of tea, resting and studying my online courses at .

Day 2. What a challenge! So today I have been working on diagonals and I can tell you that it is quite challenging, I definetly need to work on that and spend way more time sanding.

Today has been a different type of day as I started a short course that my brother Arthur -》 is giving me during this week. I spent todays day learning how to saw different shapes on metals and it has been a nice challenge! Can't wait until tomorrows experience 🥰

Besides wishing you all a great start on the week I would like to take a moment to appreciate the people who help others! Sometimes it feels like we live so caught up in our own mess, that we don´t think about other beings in the world and therefore thank you for being so conscious!

Good Morning from Spain, how has your week been so far?

Mine has been productive and quite hectic, but in a good way. I have finished uploading the listings on my etsy shop so everything is ready to be published by tomorrow. The rest of my week spend some time travelling up north to spend some time with my family and to learn some new techniques within jewellery making. I am very exited about growing as a craftsman and developing my style within jewellery making and I believe that this year will bring me a lot of lessons.
