Las Jornadas de este año tienen el lema “Compartiendo decisiones: ¿Qué cambios se requieren?”. La toma compartida de decisiones requiere que entender cuál es la situación del ciudadano y del paciente y qué acciones necesitan y demandan, así como cuáles son las opciones disponibles que responden mejor a las mismas. En ese contexto, herramientas basadas en la evidencia, diseñadas explícitamente para apoyar esas conversaciones, pueden ser útiles y facilitar la toma compartida de decisiones eficiente en cualquier contexto, desde políticas de salud hasta urgencias, pruebas diagnósticas o tratamientos, pasando por cuidados socio-sanitarios.

Las decisiones compartidas pueden concretarse desde nivel micro, meso y macro. A nivel micro destacan las decisiones clínicas compartidas entre médico y paciente. En el nivel meso se incluyen decisiones compartidas en la gestión sanitaria (como la integración asistencial, o los planes de crónicos) o entre profesiones sanitarias. A nivel macro confluyen decisiones compartidas en la regulación de políticas sanitarias entre los diferentes niveles, estado y comunidades autónomas, o las compartidas en planificación y ordenación sanitaria. Cada uno de estos aspectos será debatido en las Jornadas, con el fin de explorar qué cambios se precisan para constituir un entorno donde la interacción y la coordinación sea una realidad de nuestro sistema
