Hari Om! The African campaign of 2024 is about to conclude. The projects continue to expand in every African country where we have been working for the past 12 years. Every year, thousands of children benefit from the great work of the African teachers. We are truly proud of their efforts.

I am happy and grateful to have participated at Mind and Life’s Summer Research Institute in New York. I learned about cutting-edge contemplative science. I also had the chance to share classical yogic knowledge with scientists, activists, monks, and educators. I am sure the vastness of yogic techniques can be of great help to alleviate suffering around the world and bring a better future.

Hari Om! The training in Raja and Jnana Yoga for some of the Tanzanian teachers we have been educating over the past 12 years is proving to be very powerful.

Yoga pura Vida takes immense pride as the trained Yoga Yoga Teachers by YPV are blessed to conduct IDY celebration organised by Embassy of India in various African countries since few years.

Hari Om 🙏🕉️ Already 2 years supporting free of cost the elderly people in 2 residences for the elderly in Madrid. Hari Om 🙏🕉️ The outreach classes keep empowering the children in the refugee camp Dzaleka as well outside the camp. Great job of the trainees.

Hari Om 🙏🕉️ With the great outreach work of the Malawian instructors Classical Yoga practices are being introduced in new schools. In 2024 YPVF is planning to bring several African yoga Instructors to Bihar School of Yoga. We will soon start a fundraising campaign to pay their expenses.
