FAQ 🤔 “When is the BEST TIME to do a photoshoot?” 🕛

We get that question a lot, and understandably each client wants to get quality photos at the best time, which will in turn sell the property easily to the potential buyer or guest.

You may think that anytime from the sunrise to the sunset is good enough, however that is a common misconception 😨 Surprised ?

If you want the most natural feel to the photos without a lot of shadows and shades of light, the best to start around 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM and to avoid peak of the sun at noon. And in the afternoon around 01:30 PM to 06:00 PM.

Having said that, sometimes properties such as villas or townhouse are showing very beautifully with the play of shadows or just before the sunrise / sunset. Check out our highlight “Time&Weather” for more information on sunrise and sunset photos.

To sum up if you want to play it safe, I recommend to start around 9:30 AM or around 13:30 PM.
