Our pancakes are so thick and fluffy, it’s hard to believe that they’re gluten-free. We make them using quinoa flour which adds some plant-protein and we serve them with probiotic rich coconut yoghurt and a drizzle of coconut flower syrup. To ensure consistency in quality, hygiene and food standards accross all branches, a couple of years ago we opened a production facility in Monda where all of the magic happens. ✨

What 220kg of fresh seasonal and local strawberries looks like. We’re about to convert these flavourful vibrant beauties into our homemade seasonal jam for the Summer. Refined sugar-free and delicately flavoured with a hint of cinnamon & nutmeg. 🍓🍓🍓

Here at Manuka part of our core offering is that we make everything, from our sauces & dressings to our granola, from scratch using whole food ingredients. 🤍
