We had challenge to find a leak that had taken the insurance company over the duration of 6 months, of trying with Gas testing equipment & other alternatives and a lot of money spent but no success .

We went and located where we thought It was coming from , we made some inspection holes , that then took us to see the leak was on the roof terrace , to then find when the community was built, they had left a copper pipe to the roof terrace, in the chimney flue with out a proper sealed cap on and over time the bent over copper & solder gave way, making major damp & paint damage to the apartment below , but now the problem is all solved 🥂

Another Beautiful Shower room finished in La Cala De Mijas.

We took the bath out to give the clients better access and made It in to a walk in shower.

Changed the plumbing & eléctrics to suit the new sanitary wear .

Changed all of the tiles on floors & walls to completely transform this old spanish Bathroom.

Cleaned all the loose grout & joints in preparation for grouting.

Grouted the complete exterior terrace to to make sure no tiles come loose again .
