This is a semi permanent makeup eyebrow tattoo. Phibrows powder brows technique is achieved using a hand held machine to layer thousands of dots to create a pixelated effect. It results in a soft make up look and is lighter at the beginning of the brow nearest to the nose. This is more softer than a block brow with harsher edges. This technique is a good technique to assist all healthy skin types. (Oily/normal/dry) Phibrows can last from a year to 2-3 onwards.
