The word “energy” means much more than you probably know. The quantum physicians came to the same conclusion of many ancient and mystical philosophies: that everything in the physical universe is energy.

Matter is just condensed energy, so there is only energy in the physical universe.

If energy would be real, then how would our minds, something abstract, be able to manipulate it? And how could something pure physical, with no life be able to develop mind and Spirit?

It could have many different forms and make a very organised world, but it wouldn't have life, it would be just like a robotic world with no consciousness or real feelings.
