Debéis tener en cuenta que 🧠
✅ prima el movimiento de rotación más que lo de empuje o tirón, por lo que el peso no será muy elevado
✅ La Columna y cadera deben estar neutras (sin curvaturas que no sean naturales a las tuyas)
✅ Coordinar PULL-Rotación // PUSH- Rotación
✅ Activación desde el primer momento del Abdomen y el Glúteo, os echarán fuego 🔥🔥
✅ Mantener la posición de semi-sentadilla

🔝 • • 💢 SECOND PART 💢 • • I wanna explain to you the right position when you lift heavy things from the ground because it is very important to distribute the weight throughout the body and not just one side: • • ✅ TIPS ✅ • ➡️ always keep your back straight and squeeze abs • ➡️ the power to lift the heavy things is done with your legs, NOT with your BACK.
