For my moon lovers last nights Full moon didn't disappont, it really was spectacular. The lead up ,well couple days before felt super Intense, the energy was low ,heavy and totally suffocating feel in the air. Some of you may not have noticed a thing. For others you may resonate with me.

Phew that shift has passed., 🕉

Yah to have recieved the latest of my training certificates, which was completed in November in the UK
By the beautiful Jacqui Sinclair. The founder of Y12SR Nikki Myers from USA this is a wonderful addition to yoga , mentally and spiritually. Working with yoga and addictions, elements of the 12 step prpgram.

I am no longer based in Mallorca Spain. BUT im giving you the heads up once im re located sonewhere pretty incredible i believe....
Then i will be sharing and offering a shared space.

More details to follow ,but this is a glimpse of what await to me givilng back. Helping those with addictions, or effected from others behaviours. Supporting one another, creating a safe space, community, awareness, linking breath work, inner stamina and strength, repetition, consistancy, dedication, sharing, talking,listening, confidential, yoga, beliving in your higher power.

Reaching deep within , the real ypu! Not the addict. The TRUE you.

We are not bad people trying to be good
We are sick people wanting to get better

Eclipses are always a highly transformation time and since we are in the season of Scorpio ♏️ it can be quite powerful. A time that helps us to notice things that we didn’t see before. Look back two years ago in November, what was the situation? What were you dealing with? Or doing something? Maybe now you have reached the life lessons that you’ve learned from. Be proud of yourself and see how far you have come. You are stronger now. There may be something you wish to close or end. It doesn’t serve you anymore. Maybe time to say goodbye that is no longer for you.
Let the this time of the eclipse to work it’s magic. A time of rebirth & change. What was once hidden inside of you, it’s now time to step into the Light. Welcome the opportunity of this energy. I'm currently here In the UK totally enjoying the glorious very unusual warm weather. My parents live in the countryside so I took the opportunity to go on a bike ride with my mum. Embracing the unspoilt beauty of fileds upon fileds ,beautiful flowers, and being an earth sign myself I was captivated with the sun on my face ,breeze from the trees, surrounded with peace, calmness, tranquility. Just magical 💗
