Morning all...hope your having a fab New Year so far??
I'd like to keep you up to date with what's happening with me.
Firstly I'm starting to record my online sessions this week.. I am starting with a YOGALATES class to establish Core strength..flexibility & muscle tone.
My sessions will be approximately 45mins & will feel more like you & I are working together one 2 one!!
For those who love band & ball work of course they will be making an appearance!!!
The next session will be BODYSCULPT which will totally change your body shape...🏋️‍♀️
I am opening SCULPT on Wednesday morning at 10.30am for those who want to collect items they may have left before Christmas & also for those interested in purchasing Spin bikes...Pilates balls...Bands...mats...etc etc...or just drop in to say hi....❤

Unfortunately SCULPT Studio will not reopen in 2022 for Fitness/ Yoga classes.
Covid has played a big part in this decision having closed us down recently for the 3rd time in 2 years.
I will still be working with one to one clients for Therapy ie...Yoga for back & arthritic conditions etc & I will also be posting some of my workouts online so you can continue to enjoy them in the safety of your own home.
Unfortunately I will not be able to recommend any other gyms/ studios or Instructors as if any of you were to get Covid or get injured I would feel responsible.
If you would like anymore information regarding one to one sessions or on the online workouts then please pm me.

Hi everyone unfortunately due to the current Covid situation..yet again..after much thought & deliberation we have decided not to reopen SCULPT Studio in the New Year for fitness classes.
I will be teaching online with a video library of classes & P/T sessions...I will also continue to see a few one to one clients.
I also intend to get more involved in our Real Estate business too...
I would like to thankyou all for your support & commitment over the years,its been an absolute pleasure but I feel now is the time to change direction.
