Pikes Ibiza
Pikes is an iconic Ibizan institution, steeped in rock n’ roll history and brimming with personality. Attitude, Atmosphere and Authenticity.
Ibiza Rocks House at Pikes is a 25-room boutique hotel immersed in rock ’n’ roll history and revamped by the revolutionary Ibiza Rocks brand. The multi-award winning haven features a stunning destination terrace restaurant, famous poolside bar and plenty of individually designed decadent rooms, bespoke suites and playful party spots. Although we have 26 rooms and suites, there are actually 27 beds our lovely housekeepers need to make up on their rounds every day. The most famous of them all is, of course, the famous Freddies bed – it’s also the only bed you don’t need a hotel key to access. Despite the easy access, we’ve certainly never seen anyone sleeping on it… quite the opposite! Tell us in the comments below what you’ve been up to on Freddie’s bed when you’ve visited us… but keep it PC! This is a public forum after all…
The perfect bite-sized sweets for an après-dinner treat! The only question is – to share, or not to share?

It’s not quite the traditional white picket fence you read about in fairytales, but our guests say the rustic wooden fences and gates around the Pikes Garden Suites are equally as dreamy. If you fancy stepping over the threshold this October (whether you’re a first-timer, an old-timer or somewhere in between!), we invite you to book for nights (between either October 14 to 18 or October 21 to 25) and we’ll give you a fifth night free!

Don’t say we didn’t warn you! Tonight, DJ Harvey’s second instalment of Mercury Rising is sold out, but there are plenty more days in the week for you to visit us (and of course, there’s always next Monday night to see Harvey – just get your name down quick at the link in our bio to avoid missing out!).
Beat the Tuesday Bluesday vibes by joining us for dinner in The Pikes Restaurant, cocktails in Plaza Mayor or a shimmy in the Bathtub Club. Then, on Wednesday night, it’s time for one of our first closings of the season as we bid farewell to Sarah Story, wrapping up her debut season of Stories parties in Freddies.
The next night, it’s another full house – this time when Back To Mine heralds the return of special guest Gok Wan – and you know the drill: sadly, if your name’s not down, you’re not coming in.
Friday night sees our friends from Flash host a very special soirée in loving memory of Danielle Moore, with Guy Williams at the helm, alongside the crew from Drop Dance Society, to celebrate life and love the best way we know how. It's going to be emotional... but we're all here for one another.
We’re hanging another sold out sign up on Saturday night, as our Pikes House Party guestlist is already full! So, best save your energy for Sundays at Pikes when Rob da Bank steers the Sunday Best ship by (not into!) the pool and Simon Morell B2B Kenny Blacksmith and Maribou State lead the Freddies charge until the early hours of Monday. But keep a bit of that energy in the tank, because on Monday we’ll be doing it all again with DJ Harvey.
In summation: The lesson we’ve collectively learned today, dear friends, is to sign up for our guest list – not just for this week at Pikes, but for future parties too – at the link in our bio. And sign up fast. You don’t want to be left out.

Buenos días from Pikes! We hope you’re easing into the new week the way we ease our bums onto the pool seats when the water’s a little chilly in the morning – slow and smooth! Then again, there’s also something to be said for diving right in… which do you prefer?
Don’t forget we’re open until the end of October – click the link below if you want to come test the waters with us. Navigate to our offers page and you might even get lucky and score a free night’s stay!

It’s no wonder our guests are happy to get out of bed in the mornings to join us on our top-floor terrace for the most important meal of the day – just look at that view! If you can see yourself sipping your morning coffee in the Balearic breeze before meandering down to the pool for some fun and sunshine, there’s still time to book a late summer stay. And for a very limited time, we’ll also throw in a night on us if you book four nights from either October 14 to 18 or October 21 to 25. Sound tempting? Hit the link below quick to snap it up!

After an epic first takeover back in August, returns to Pikes this evening with his ‘Nothing Stays the Same’ party concept. A real focus on a more experimental, underground sound.
The last party saw join him in Freddies and this time, he’s joined by good pal for a Sunday session we’re all excited for.
Last chance to snap up a guestlist spot – head to our website or follow the link in our bio.
Is this the real life? Is this just fantasy? We really had to pinch ourselves on Thursday night, as we celebrated Freddie Mercury’s birthday at Pikes surrounded by hundreds of Freddies: on the dancefloor, in the Bathtub Club, out in Plaza Mayor, in The Pikes Restaurant, in our DJ booths, behind our bars and even in our kitchen.
Wow – so many of you made such an amazing effort to get into the true spirit of Freddie Rocks and we’re so grateful!
Speaking of grateful, we also really appreciate everyone digging deep for such a good cause. We’re still busy counting all your generous charitable donations to the Mercury Phoenix Trust, and we’ll report back with our final tally very soon!
In the meantime, swipe left and see who you can spot beneath those ‘taches, shades and costumes. It’s a kind of magic…
The perfect space for lazing and entertaining alike… under Iggy’s watchful gaze! The season is far from over… the days are blazing and the nights are balmy – what better excuse to check into Pikes for some late season sun and fun? If you book four nights from either October 14 to 18 or October 21 to 25, we’ll also throw in a a FREE night on us!

Happy birthday Freddie! Tomorrow (September 05) marks what would have been the Queen frontman’s 78th birthday and a whopping 37 years since he hosted his 41st birthday at Pikes. And so, in true Freddie style, we’re going to celebrate, as we throw open the gates to our 11th Freddie Rocks soirée and raise money to donate in Freddie’s honour to the Mercury Phoenix Trust – the foundation created by the remaining Queen band members and their manager to help eradicate HIV and AIDS around the world.
Get your name on the guestlist (link below) now to join us, and remember: no ‘tache, no entry! We’ll be requesting a charitable donation of 10€ (minimum) on the door and we wholeheartedly encourage dressing up in an outfit inspired by your favourite Freddie era. We’ve got plenty of surprises in store over the course of the evening but you’ll have to be with us to find out exactly who, what and where we’re talking about!

After the rain comes sun…
We love a wild Ibiza storm – they swirl through strong and fast, creating momentary chaos, then dry up as quickly as they arrived, leaving us feeling refreshed, cleansed, purified and ready to get back to business. Whether that’s cruising around the tennis court, swimming, snacking, sleeping, socialising, drinking, dancing… or all of the above!
Is that a banana (or a cat? or a disco ball?) on our bed or are we just pleased to see you?

Early September days are still scorchio and nights at Pikes are just hot, hot, hot… you could even say we predict Mercury Rising all month. On Mondays, anyway, but remember – tonight’s DJ Harvey opening party is completely sold out.
Come recuperate with us the best way we know how on Tuesday – dinner at The Pikes Restaurant, drinks in Plaza Mayor and maybe a little dance in the Bathtub Club if you feel the urge! We can’t wait for Wednesday, when we can unveil who the special secret guests are on the Disco Disco line-up but until then, our lips are sealed!
On Thursday, we’ll be celebrating Freddie Mercury’s birthday in a way we KNOW would do him proud. Freddie Rocks kicks off with a special dinner in the great man’s honour, followed by an epic soirée where moustaches are obligatory, as is a charitable donation on the door, dressing up is encouraged and fun is inevitable! Who are the special guest DJs? Will there be cake? Will we sing Happy Birthday? You’ll have to be there to find out!
Melon Bomb return to Freddies on Friday and you know what that means – road block! Get your name on the list while you still can – this Saturday’s Pikes House Party is already fully sold out so you’ve gotta be quick.
We kick things off by the pool with Rob da Bank steering the Sunday Best ship from midday, before we move into Plaza Mayor where Ron Basejam plays B2B with Simon Morell alongside another secret guest! Then from 11.30pm, we welcome Mella Dee and Saoirse back to Freddies to close out the week before welcoming you all back through our gates for the next instalment of DJ Harvey is Mercury Rising on Monday.
Get yourself to the guestlist link below, rapido, before we sell out again!

One true light shines…
The phenomenal Danielle Moore from brought magic to Freddies every time she performed, and our entire team is beyond heartbroken to hear the news of her passing. We will miss her unrivalled energy, her glorious creativity, her true light and, of course, her incredible voice. We’ll always be grateful she chose to share it all with us, and with you, right here beneath our mirror ball.
Love Team Pikes x
We’re pretty sure you’re all going to guess the nature of this post before you’ve even finished skimming this sentence. Yes, we’re thrilled to announce that DJ Harvey is indeed back in our house and yes, you guessed it: tonight’s Mercury Rising opening party guestlist is well and truly at capacity. That is, we’re fully sold out, the list is full, and we just can’t squeeze another name onto it, so please don’t ask us – not in person, not in our DMs, not on the phone and definitely not on the door!
There are three more weeks to catch DJ Harvey here at Pikes and the link is in our bio if you want to register now so you don’t miss out next time. Swipe left to checkout Harvey’s hand-picked selection of special guest poolside guests for the coming weeks too (be sure to say hi to Sally Called Adam and Camilo Miranda if you’re lucky enough to be joining us today). And on that note, if you are on the list tonight, please remember to stick to all the Pikes codes, share taxis, respect our neighbours and our team – we’ll see you under the discoball!

And just like that… the clock struck September!
There’s still time to stay with us for some late season sun. Link in our bio to book.

Link in bio to join us for the day and night sessions – or both!

Wait a minute – August is almost over? It seems like only yesterday we bore witness to yet another classic Fatboy Slim set in Freddies – with the added bonus of a surprise PA by Rita Ora, no less – and yet, it was actually four whole weeks ago to this day! Well, you know what they say about time flying…
There’s still plenty more time to have fun with us this season – after all, it’s not over until… well… until we say it’s over!
Another day, another deep and meaningful (or three) by the pool…
Ding! Daiquiris taste even better when a DJ plays Club Tropicana by the pool, if you know what we mean!
A vision in Balearic blue – who can name the room number to this terrace?
We’re still taking bookings for late season stays (and 2025 too!) at the link below – beat the post-summer blues in the city and escape to the white isle while you still can!

Crunchy on the outside, juicy on the inside panko prawns and spice roulette padrón peppers are the perfect poolside snack or a starter to share (or hoard). Come join us and the lovely for lunch today (or any day except Sunday!) and try them for yourself.

September is so close we can feel the Mercury Rising and you know we’re not talking about the weather!
Tomorrow marks the last instalment of Andy Manumission & Pikes Ibiza present Mondays for a while, and as always, the secret guest is super special, the vibes on the dancefloor like nowhere else, with a bevvy of BFFs just waiting to be met.
The next day, we give our dancing boots a rest, that is, unless you decide to pile into the Bathtub Club after dinner. It is Tuesday after all! On Wednesday, the maestro returns to Freddies as we host David Morales all night long and he serves up a dazzling dose of the art of DJing.
On Thursday, Back to Mine are back at ours and if ever there was cause to say ‘it’s gonna be a roadblock’, a Faithless DJ set in Freddies is it. On Friday, we hand the reins to Homies for a house-party-meets-block-party kinda night, with The Obscure Music Club, Cumhur Jay and Luca Averna joining Camilo Miranda, Christian Len and, as the name suggests, all their homies!
We keep the house party vibes flowing on Saturday with another aptly named event, our beloved Pikes House Party! Start with dinner, sunset and a show with the Pikes House Band, scoot into Plaza Mayor for schmoozing then head into Freddies for Melvo Baptiste and Camilo Miranda (two nights on the trot!), plus Panama Cardoon and DJ Bebe in the tub!
When the clock strikes September, it’s a stellar line-up by the pool for Sunday Best, with Rob da Bank at the helm, alongside A Man Called Adam, Athens Of The North, Nicka Stella Polaris and For Mankind. Just after sunset on Sundays at Pikes, Sirs, Simon Morell, and Harry Charles & James Robinson takeover Plaza Mayor and from 11.30pm, É Soul Cultura main man Luke Una returns to Freddies, along with Giles Smith.
It's hard to believe there's an opening party in September, but that’s exactly what we’re doing on Monday when the man, the myth, the legend and our very own cultural attaché returns to Pikes after a brief hiatus last year. DJ Harvey plays all night long in Freddies for his Mercury Rising opening party and it’s going to be magical.

Ready, steady, we’re going full Freddie! We’re busy prepping behind the scenes for our upcoming Freddie Rocks soirée – a fundraising event on the late, great Queen frontman’s birthday (Thursday September 05) in the aid of Mercury Phoenix Trust and excitement levels are running high.
Here’s what we can tell you so far. We’re encouraging everyone to get into the spirit of the ‘Freddie For A Day’ dress code – dig deep into your sequins, sparkle, feathers, leathers and go wild – with one caveat: NO ‘TACHE, NO ENTRY! Whether you grow one, draw one or stick one on, you’ll need a Freddie inspired moustache to join in the fun and frivolity – don’t worry if you don’t have one, we’ll be rock steady to draw one on when you arrive, for a charitable donation of course.
Speaking of donations, in lieu of gifts for Freddie’s birthday, we’ll request a donation (minimum 10€ but feel free to go as high as you like) to MPT – the trust founded by Queen members Brian May and Roger Taylor alongside manager Jim Beach – on the door. The foundation raises money to help eradicate HIV/AIDS across the globe, with its positive impact yet another reminder of Freddie’s long-lasting legacy. I’s an amazing cause, one we’re so proud to support.
Lastly, our chef Tim Payne’s done a deep dive into Freddie’s favourite flavours and has devised a three-course menu that fuses Eastern spices with fresh ingredients. Our tip: don’t miss Tim’s twist on the singer’s absolute fave dish, a tangy, sweet and tender-spiced chicken Dhansak – delish! The menu is 85€ per person and it’s a feast fit for a Queen, so dig in and dig deep as all profits are also donated to MPT…
We’re now taking bookings at the link in our bio – be quick. It’s been five years since we’ve celebrated this together, so we’re pretty sure this is going to sell out faster than you can sing ahhhh-oh!
https://www.pikesibiza.com/whats-on/freddie-rocks-2024/
Our reception doors are always open to guests, 24 hours a day… except when they’re closed, like this! Don’t let looks deceive you though – we’re in here, in our lovely cool air-conditioned bubble, ready to help out with whatever (within reason) you need!
There’s nothing better than starting your weekend early by checking into Pikes for a cheeky long weekend… which is where you’ll find this sassy photograph by Victor Spinelli, harking back to the days of Manumission, in one of our rooms or suites. Like Goldilocks, you’ll have to try every room until you find it… fortunately, we’re already taking reservations for 2025 (as well as the rest of this season) so you can book in as often as you like.

One for you, one for us? No (but thank you!). Seriously, we’d never drink on the job… would we? Could we? Should we? No, of course, we wouldn’t. Obviously. In the meantime, while they’re on the clock, our bartenders are experts at shaking, stirring, whizzing, whirring, muddling, mixing and concocting marvellous cocktail creations (like these) for our guests to indulge in.
Click the link below to peruse our menu or wander up to the bar next time you’re with us and see what takes your fancy. Order one, or two – we don’t recommend double parking though. Sharing’s caring, after all!

We love this time of day around our pool… it’s a kind of magic. There’s a golden glow on the water, and kaleidoscope of sunset colours over the hills behind us – the day is ending but the night ahead is full of promise… So, who's joining us?
