On arrival : 1 glass of welcome Champagne or non alcohol option.

Meny:

Serving 1 : “Toast Skagen” Canape and blackened scallops with tarragon emulsion and potato chips.

Serving 2 : Lobster bisque served on a small lobster tartar & fennel crudité, bread crisp and dill oil.

Serving 3 : Browned butter-baked cod fish served with crispy potatoes, salted cucumber and sauce on double cream sauce with bleak roe (Swedish Kalix Caviar), chives and horseradish.

Serving 4 : Champagne Sorbet

Serving 5 : Blackened fillet tartar with grilled lemon, Emulsion on wild mushrooms (Porcini), confit egg yolk, deep fried onion, pickled small onion and raw mushroom sprinkles.

Serving 6 : Filet steak served with a roasted carrot cream and ox tail & potato croquettes. Buttered carrot, onion & turnip. Sauce bordelaise and truffles.

Dessert : Champagne bavarois on almond cake base, crumble & raspberry sorbet, lemon curd and mini lemon meringue.

Wine pack offer : Paired Standard wines: 39€, Paired premium wines: 55€, Paired Prestige wines: 99€ or bottles.

Children : a 3 course "children friendly" menu will be offered to children up to 15 years for 60€ per person including sodas and surprises. Please state in Notes if you want this option.

This menu will take aprox. 3-4 hours to complete. It will not be possible to guarantee any special tables requests.
First bookings are first to choose. Some tables could be shared with others.

Cancellation policy: Cancellations less than24 hours prior the event, will be fully charged to your credit card.

Christmas Choice menu : Choose 5 of your favorite dishes from our current menu to be served in 5 servings, Some extra special dishes outside our normal menu will be available.
Wine Pairing : Standard wines 39€, Premium wines 59€, Prestige wines 79€ or bottles.

You can choose if you want one dish to be a dessert or if you want to add a dessert after. For kids we serve a special menu more suitable for kids including sodas.

Today Saturday 9/11, we are open for drinks and Champagne (also for take away) during the PRIDE Parade. We do not have any dinner service this evening!

Etter 5 år med strålende suksess i Arguineguin, har Anders Eibladh og Boel Lindstöm åpnet Taste Mesón midt i hjertet av Playa del Inglés. Restauranten som er kjent for sin avsmakningsmeny med lokale råvarer og flotte smaker der alt er laget fra scratch.
