Having trouble with anxiety?
Ahoo family🪶
I want to start by acknowledging something we’ve all felt at one point or another: anxiety. It’s a word that carries different meanings for each of us, but at its core, anxiety is a response to uncertainty, fear of the unknown, and sometimes, the overwhelming pressures of life. It's a natural, human emotion. Yet, when anxiety becomes constant, it can rob us of our peace and make even the simplest tasks feel insurmountable.
We live in a world that demands so much from us—our time, our energy, our focus. With social media, constant notifications, and high expectations, it's easy to feel like we're not enough, like we’re falling behind. Anxiety sneaks in, and suddenly, we’re stuck in a loop of "what ifs"—what if I fail, what if I’m judged, what if I’m not capable? These are the thoughts that try to hold us back.
But here’s something we all need to remember: anxiety is not the enemy. It’s a signal. It tells us something important—that we care, that we’re invested, that we want to do well. It means we're human. The key is learning how to respond to that signal, how to quiet the storm inside when it feels too strong.
So, how do we begin to take control?
1. Breathe: Anxiety often disconnects us from the present moment. When you feel overwhelmed, take a step back. Inhale slowly and deeply, then exhale. This simple act brings us back to now—the only moment we can truly control.
2. Challenge Your Thoughts: Anxiety thrives on worst-case scenarios. Instead of letting your mind spiral, ask yourself, "Is this thought true? Am I catastrophizing?" Often, our anxious thoughts are just that—thoughts, not facts.
3. Focus on What You Can Control: It’s easy to feel paralyzed by the uncertainty of the future. But instead of worrying about what might happen, focus on what you can do in the present moment. Break tasks into small, manageable steps and celebrate small victories along the way.
4. Reach Out: Anxiety isolates us, making us feel like we’re facing our fears alone. But you don’t have to.
We can fight this fight together

🔥 Tu verdadero valor se vio cuando,
Aún con el corazón roto,
No buscaste venganza
Ni lastimaste a nadie.
Solo te quedaste ahí,
Tratando de entender y sanar.🔥
It was not witches who burned.
It was women.
Women who were seen as;
Too beautiful,
Too outspoken,
Had too much water in the well (yes, seriously),
Who had a birthmark,
Women who were too skilled with herbal medicine,
Too loud,
Too quiet,
Too much red in their hair,
Women who had a strong nature connection,
Women who danced,
Women who sang,
or anything else, really.
Any woman was at risk of burning in the 1600’s. Sisters testified and turned on each other when their babies were held under ice.
Children were tortured to confess their experiences with “witches” by being fake executed in ovens.
Women were held under water and if they could float, they were guilty and executed. If they sank and drowned they were innocent.
Women were thrown off cliffs.
Women were put in deep holes in the ground.
Why do I write this?
Because knowing our history is important when we are building a new world.
When we are doing the healing work of our lineages and as women.
To give the women who were slaughtered a voice, to give them redress and a chance of peace.
It was not witches who burned.
It was women.

Being at peace means that you no longer have the need to prove anything to anyone.
You don't need outside validation, you don't need to tell your side of the story anymore, even when you hear a dozen rumors that tell an untrue version.
You used to guard your heart, but now you guard your peace, because you know your peace is worth more than proving yourself to anyone ..

Ovulating with the new moon and bleeding with the full moon is called the Red Moon cycle, and it’s the cycle of the archetypal Wise Woman: the healer, the magic-maker, the wisdom keeper.
Historically, menstruating with the full moon indicated an energy that was considered suspect in our culture.
The Healer–the woman who knew how to wield healing power and magic–was also seen as a seductress and enchantress. This was the kind of woman whose sexuality was applied to something other than the formation of the next generation. To our patriarchal ancestors, this meant an ‘evil woman.’
In truth, the Red Moon cycle belonged to the medicine women, the midwives, the wisdom keepers of the community. These women were not focusing their feminine energies to give birth to children. Rather their energy was used to empower other women and their communities.
So if you bleed with the full moon, your energy is focused on self-actualization, and on using that self-actualization to empower other women.
I showed up for people when I was tired.
I showed up for people when I was broke.
I showed up for people when I was hurt.
I showed up for people when I needed someone to show up for me.
I showed up for people that I knew wouldn’t show up for me if the tables were turned.
THAT is why I will never water down or apologize for the season of life I’m in now!
You don’t know the half of what it took to get here.

What is Luxury?
They made us believe that luxury was the rare, the expensive,
the exclusive. Everything that seemed unobtainable.
Now we realize that Luxury were those little things we didnt know how to value when we had them, and now that they're gone, we miss them so much.
Luxury is being healthy.
Luxury is not stepping into a hospital.
Luxury is being able to walk along the seashore.
Luxury is going out on the streets and breathing without a mask.
Luxury is meeting with your whole family, all your friends.
Luxury is their looks.
Smiles are Luxury.
Luxury is hugs and kisses.
Luxury is enjoying every sunrise.
Luxury is the privilege of loving and being alive.
All this is Luxury and we didn't know.
Stay blessed. Stay grateful.

HELLO OCTOBER
THE SEASON OF LETTING GO
And so begins the season of letting go,
when Mother Nature shows us all,
how it’s done.
Let go,
free yourself,
shake it off,
drop it,
give way for the new.
Create space for new thoughts, new ideas,
new adventures and new connections,
by shedding the dead weight you’ve been carrying around,
for so long.
And whilst you are there, being reborn and renewed,
let go of old anxieties too.
Let go of any doubts, fears or beliefs which no longer serve you well.
Release bitterness or past hurts which feast on your beauty.
Be brave,
Don’t fear the nakedness as your leaves slip away.
Mother Nature doesn’t,
watch and learn.

Surround yourself with strong women, women more beautiful than you, smarter than you, and don't envy them, admire them.
Surround yourself with good women who know how to listen, who know how to care, from whom you learn to relate to the world, women who teach you their power.
Surround yourself with women to weave an invisible web, a web for other women, so you don't let them fall, so they feel the collective hug, so they don't feel alone or crazy.
Surround yourself with women who embrace their shadow, who don't apologize for being light, who are aware of their beauty and that they are alive.
Surround yourself with irreverent and brave women, women fighters who open the way and tear down walls, women of reference, women who do not ask for permission, who build their homes with the same hands, with which they cradle and caress.
Surround yourself with women who help you live as you are, who give you confidence and affection, who remind you that they are all one."

You didn’t lose the love of your life—you lost a parasite that was draining the life out of you. Narcissists aren’t soulmates; they are predators in disguise, and understanding this is crucial to your healing. The person you saw at the end of the relationship is who they truly are.
Their true nature was hidden behind a facade of charm, charisma, and manipulation. They lured you in with false promises, fake emotions, and a convincing act. But underneath it all, they were feeding off your emotional energy, chipping away at your self-worth, and eroding your sense of self.
What you experienced wasn't love; it was a toxic cycle of abuse where each day felt like a battle for survival. Their gaslighting, emotional blackmail, and constant criticism weren't signs of affection; they were tools of control and domination. Their infidelity, deceit, and lack of empathy weren’t mere mistakes; they were deliberate actions to exploit your vulnerabilities.
You didn’t lose a loved one—you escaped a toxic nightmare. You broke free from a cycle of abuse, and that takes incredible courage, strength, and resilience. Narcissists are incapable of genuine love; they only mimic it to get what they want.
To heal, you must accept the truth: you were not loved, you were used. You were a source of supply, a means to an end, and a pawn in their manipulative game. But now, you are free to rediscover yourself, embrace true love, and live a life filled with purpose, joy, and authenticity.
You deserve real love, genuine connection, and healthy relationships. You deserve to be seen, heard and understood. You deserve to be valued, respected, and cherished. Never settle for anything less. You are worthy of love, and it will find you when you least expect it.
“Tell your story.
Shout it. Write it.
Whisper it if you have to.
But tell it.
Some won't understand it.
Some will outright reject it.
But many will
thank you for it.
And then the most
magical thing will happen.
One by one, voices will start
whispering, 'Me, too.'
And your tribe will gather.
And you will never
feel alone again.”

We all live in our own little realities🪷
I choose to remember you
Not by how you hurt me
But by how you taught me to heal
Not by how you left me
But by how you taught me to never abandon myself
Not by how you broke me
But by how you taught me to rebuild myself
Not by how you dimmed my light
But by how you helped me to shine
Not by how you kept me trapped in a place of comfort
But by how you empowered me to leave my comfort zone
Not by how you left me feeling weak
But by how you taught me what it means to be strong
Not by how you tried to control me
But by how you taught me to be free
Not by who you told me who I was
But by how you taught me to define myself
And above all
I choose to remember you
Not by how you were unable to love me
But by how you taught me
To love myself.

Pandora Box...this piece I have been creating on and off for almost 3 years now...why? Because I have myself been on and off for 3 years. A lot of ups and downs, a lot of self healing and being in the dark to grow to find the light, i am beyond grateful for this heavy journey where I have arrived and more proud of the woman I am today thanks to this.
Healing and growing needs time and dedication, like art. I don't have any idea how to paint or draw -0 patatero , but when I do my rituals with connecting to my ancestor's, put Shamanic music on, candles, crystals, incense burning, palo santo next to me, my hands starts to create what my mind sometimes doesn't understand , and boom, here it is. I have looked at my previous art mandalas and I always think, who did those, these are amazing.
The power of this pandora box is beyond words, I cannot describe it, you have to be open to see it, feel it, Jump in without any fears and let it guide you to receive Quantic éxtasis.
(Still in making)
Ps! It is looking for a forever home and to take care of the family living there.
