HOLIDAY TOWNHOUSE RECONSTRUCTION | DEL DUQUE TENERIFE

🔻We are excited to present this project that had a transformation of a whole first floor, offering a space that combines functionality, style, and comfort. From the bedrooms to the bathrooms and common spaces, every detail has been designed to create a harmonious and welcoming environment.
🔻Our aim was to create an open-plan lounge and kitchen area and connect it to an external terrace. To achieve this, we extended part of the external wall and installed new sliding glass patio doors.
🔻We have installed a modern kitchen with large cabinets
🔻The most challenging work was a swimming pool, which had to be dug by hand, which slightly delayed finishing all renovation.
🔻In the bedrooms, we have maximized storage space with bespoke fitted wardrobes that offer both functionality and elegance.
