Thanks to the amazing people we have had in El Gin tub over the years.

It was a pleasure serving you and i hope we gave you some happy memories. What a lot of fun we had!!

We took El Gin Tub from a dusty old spot to the numnber one cocktail bar in sitges and a proud member of the top 500 cocktail bars in the world. What a jurney it has been.

Hello El Gin Tub Fans!

After 8 years at the top of the game, its time to move onto another project.

El Gin Tub is for sale!

OPTION 1 - Buy the Trespaso (Liscense) includes everything inside of Gin Tub. Low rent in a prime location. You will earn money the 1st day you open. €125,000

OPTION 2 - Buy the Trespaso & Local (Building) together. As a result of this unique opportunity you are able to get a Mortgage. €325,000

Considering the sort after location and historic reputation I feel as though these two options are extremely fair. If you have ever wanted to own a highly functioning bar this is your chance.

If we dont sell at this rate we will just open for the season. Yearly gross revenue is around €500,000.
