The apartment is in a quiet block just a few steps away from the beach. It is also convenient for local shops, restaurants and the town centre. The bus station is a short walk away.

¿Sabías que en las playas de se ofrece el Servicio de Baño Asistido para personas con problemas de movilidad? Desde el 15 de junio al 15 de septiembre se puede disfrutar de este servicio en La Mata Norte, Cabo Cervera, Los Locos, El Cura, Zona de baño del Paseo Juan Aparicio y Los Náufragos. Recuerda que es necesario reservar cita previa al 670 777 919 y que el servicio solo se presta cuando la bandera está en verde. ⏰ Horario: Mañanas de 10:30h a 14:30h y tardes de 15:30h a 18:30h.

It’s turtle time

Loggerhead turtles will be coming ashore to make nests and lay their eggs on Costa Blanca beaches over the coming weeks, biologists have stated.
The presence of this protected species has increased in recent years along Spain’s Mediterranean coast, as pregnant mothers search for the ideal conditions to lay their eggs.
Torrevieja town hall biologist, Juan Antonio Pujol noted that the first ‘attempt’ occurred at Playa de la Glea in Campoamor, Orihuela Costa last week.
Another attempt was made – possibly by another turtle – in the early hours of Sunday morning at Playa les Ortigues in the south of Guardamar del Segura, close to the border with La Mata (see photo).
