A special day as it is David the organisers birthday. a good turnout and my favourites being the e type and the Lambretta, taking me back to my younger days.

After 7 years I have finally retired from taking the photographs for the advertiser. I would like to thank everyone for their kindness and encouragement along the way. I will still be available to cover your events with my photographic printer, if you would like to book me privately. At La Parata, Lemon Lounge, Kukis, Lilys & Bistro

I find hard to believe I was there 3 years ago covering the opening of the bowls club. Opening 3 years ago with a membership of just 15 they now have a full list of 75 members and and the very kind team at Servigroup are planning to build a clubhouse for them.

A welcome return of Paul and included in the photographs are the 60th Wedding Anniversary celebration party of Lawrence & Hilda Hedley.

At Shea's, Irish Rover, Kukis, Bellavista, Sensations & Torre Bahia

A really big welcome back was the reception John received last night at Miraflores for the first of his 2 sell out events. As I arrived he was just making his way to the stage to organise some background music and the audience went wild and were already on their feet. Oh we have missed you John!!

We had just sat down and had been served drinks and starter at Pueblo Laguna Restaurant when the police ordered the evacuation of the area. Next day shots from around the area including Turre rambla, the sea at Mojacar & Garrucha and lastly the road down to Laguna Restaurant with water still flowing but thankfully not under water like 2012.

For those of you that are unaware Jean & Dave Woods run a Sunday Pony Club for children and this was a fundraiser for the club. They are a fantastic couple and teach the children about caring for all animals and of course they get to ride the horses and pony all under tight supervision. The club is open to all children and is ideal if you have visiting children, our own granddaughter is a regular visitor when she is here on holiday.

At yesterday's Christmas fair at Laguna Jan was talking to Jade before she went to see Santa and she didn't want the usual Christmas gifts from the big guy, no all she wanted for Christmas was a puppy. Well 1 hour later her Christmas wish came true and she reappeared to thank Santa for making her dreams come true as pictured. Pictured Jade & Ryan McHugh and of course the new addition.

Oh what a lovely day thanks to Nigel & Stuart for such a lovely grotto. So nice to see so many children having a good time.

Harry a resident at Camping Los Gallardos celebrates with many friends. Pictured with the customary telegram from the Queen but also a telegram from the Spanish Royal Palace.

The 3rd show with as much enthusiasm as the last 2. The fourth show will be on the 18th December lets hope everyone has a Christmas theme.

After the highly successful 1st show the second went beyond all expectaions and they nearly ran out of places for the cars and a great turnout from the motorcycle lads. Such a good range from an old Standard eight to top end Ferrari's and Maseratti with some really nice classics inbetween. Look out for the next one on the 20th November. My favourite pics were of the 2 children driving up and down and posing in their battery powered cars.

This was a really different night to the usual Thursday Dinner Dance and I thoroughly enjoyed this. It was amazing to see a 26 piece brass band set up and play in a confined space followed by Mel & Brendan.
