There's a lot of misconceptions surrounding seasoning cubes because they contain a flavor enhancer known as MSG ( Monosodium Glutamate).
It has been said that it causes cancer and most of us believe and run with it.
But I have come to tell you this morning that it is not true ooo
It's gonna be a long read, so please take your time and read through.
What is MSG

MSG is the sodium salt of glutamic acid, a naturally occurring amino acid found in many foods.

+ Seasoning cubes

+ Asian dishes (e.g., Chinese, Japanese, Korean)

Finally, every processed spice or seasoning should be used in moderation and also normalise reading food labels to know the contents of the product especially those that are prone to allergies.

All About Women's Health Foundation holds medical outreach for women in oshodi Lagos to equip them with health awareness and how to prevent some life-threatening diseases common to female gender.
The foundation was formed in August 2018 but was duly registered ®️ as an NGO in April 2023 by Amb.Florence Ibe-Ugwuadu.
The foundation has representations in about 6 states in Nigeria.
Alot of women are coming down with different kind of ailments and are loosing their lives in large numbers on a daily basis. This is so either they are not aware or they do not know how to manage these ailments.
In view of this,all about women's health foundation has planned to have a medical outreach tagged "women's Health Matters"which will take place at cornerstone bible believing church international 12 sadiku Street ogundele mafoluku oshodi on the 25th August,2024.
This program seeks to bring all categories of women in lagos together where qualified health practitioners will teach and create awareness on the most prevalent diseases among the women folk and how to prevent or manage such diseases.
Highlights of the medical outreach include health talks and screening on breast cancer, cervical cancer, high blood pressure, free medical consultation and vital signs.
The expected participants are women of all categories between ages of 26 to 60 who have been s*xually active.
Healthy tips for women of all ages.
1. Do a routine self-breast exam
2. Take care of your body
3. Packed lunch is the secret to success
4. Monitor your menstrual cycle.
Your menstrual cycle says a lot about your health’s current state. Changes in your menstrual flow may be an indicator of an underlying sickness.
Sudden weight loss and weight gain may affect your monthly cycle, exercise regularly to avoid drastic changes in your body mass. Excessive physical activity can also affect your overall health.
A missed period doesn’t always result in pregnancy as breastfeeding may also delay the return of your monthly visitor.
Polycystic o***y syndrome (PCOS), a common endocrine system disorder, can also cause problems for you and your body. Consult your doctor if you suspect that you have this condition.
5. Avoid too much stress
Stress is the ultimate source of all your body’s problems. Make it a habit to relax and unwind when you can and learn how to do basic yoga or simple meditation. Low stress levels = normal blood pressure.
Stress also contributes to acne. Seek the best skin care routine that suits your skin type. Always consult your doctor taking any form of medication.
6. Get annual checkups, pap smear, mammograms
Some women wait until they feel pain before visiting their doctor, and do not be one of them. Schedule your annual appointments in advance and stick to the dates.
Women are more prone to developing certain cancers such as breast cancer they grow older, like cervical cancer and skin cancer. Pap smears are recommended every three years for women aged 21 and up, while mammograms are recommended every two years for adults aged 40 and above.
7. Avoid developing bad habits
Smoking causes several kinds of cancers and other terminal diseases. Frequent smokers become highly dependent on ni****ne and most likely have bad oral health and can possibly affect fertility.
Excessive alcohol intake can lead to serious illnesses; say no to happy hour drinks and opt for one glass of wine instead.
8.Drink dietary supplements specially formulated for women
Along with proper diet and exercise, consider taking dietary supplements prescribed by your doctor like vitamin E.
Pregnancy or past pregnancies may cause several changes in your body like iron deficiency anemia. Ask your doctor about the proper diet and the need for iron supplements.

As a single sister you were burning for God and your fire was evident. You weren't silent about Jesus at any point. Your post then screamed the HolyGhost, your videos power, your messages and ministrations were full of life.
You became a magnet that pulled men of different races to Jesus. You were so loud about it. Even the blind around knew that you were obsessed with Jesus. Many saw light in your light and you gave hope to thousands in God.
You got married and your voice went completely mute. That is not even my issue.
My problem is that you are defending your current state with the excuse of that " That I am not as visible as I used to when I am single, does not mean that i am not on fire for God."
Is it by posting, is it by preaching, is by falling people on the ground that makes me on fire. That you can now make such a statement is a reason to be so concerned about you. Now hear me.
If you weren't called into the five fold and you choose to love you Jesus secretly in your space no one will say a thing. But that you are called into the five fold and you were bold about it when you were single and now that you are married you went solo Ma, there is a big problem.
Marriage is not a grave yard it is a multiplication yard.
Many missionaries travelled with their partners spreading the word, some even lost their lives defending their calls.
If God has told you that your assignment now is narrowed to your husband and your kids alone focus on them. We understand that you got a sure word from God. But if God didn't say anything to you, warrior Jack up.
Marriage can become a catalyst that will multiply your effect in God. They will be legitimate issues to hold you back but refuse to give in. Have you forgotten that you are a warrior ? A combination of Esther and Deborah of old. Both of them fulfilled destiny actively in their marriage.
Deborah judged a whole nation as a wife. Imagine if she married and forgot her call.
Even Mordecai had to remind Esther the way I am reminding you ma, that you were created for such a time as this.
Let marriage not hinder your voice. If Esther forgot her practice when she was single when she got married, she would have been wiped out as well.
Children are blessings from God and not an excuse to kill your call. The gift of God maketh rich and added no sorrow. If you are taking time off to train them before you come back to ministry we can understand.
But that kids are the reason why you may never burn again and lead the flocks God kept in your care, don't forget you will give account.
That is why we will never overemphasize the place of supportive and spirit led partners.
This post is not in any way to sympathize with your excuses. Or pamper you no. This is a clarion call to women. Arise and mount your gate.
If you married wrong and your husband is an enemy to your call take it to the feet of Jesus. Don't forget broken crayon still paints. God is not through with you yet, neither is he done.
Nations are waiting for you.
the kingdom needs you soldier.
The flocks needs their shepherd.
Your life shouldn't make the singles afraid of marriage especially those with an active call.
Limit your limitations and burn hotter than you were while single.
In your single hood they were legiimate excuses yet you overcame. Now that you are married you can overcome once again.
I salute you warrior, it's time to leave the bench and play.
That prophecy over your life will not be aborted. Singles say with me, I will marry once, marry well and burn hotter for God.

High blood pressure is the leading cause of death among adults, regular check on it can help to avert some* *critical conditions of blood pressure that may lead to death.
I also want to recommend that every family should have the blood pressure testing apparatus to enable the elders in the family to keep a regular check on their BP.

Just follow this simple recipe:
Ingredients:
- 3 cups Millet
- 1 medium-sized peeled sweet potato (optional)
- 2 medium-sized peeled ginger
- 1 tbsp chili peppers
- 1 tbsp. cloves
- Sugar (to taste, optional)
- Water
Instructions:
1. Soak the millet seed for about 2 hours
2. Wash the millet seed thoroughly and blend with ginger, chilli Peppers,cloves, and sweet potato until smooth.
3. Strain the mixture and let it settle for 7 hours or overnight
4. Discard the liquid, leaving only the thick sediment.
5. Divide the thick paste into two bowls and add hot boiled water to one part.
6. Mix both parts together and add water to achieve the desired consistency.
7. Strain the mixture again to remove any remaining chaff.
8. Sweeten with sugar if desired, refrigerate, and serve chilled.
