This significant event proved to be exhilarating with the various booths and announcements. Our team was honored to have collaborated with PAMCA on their successful 2023 event, and we eagerly look forward to the upcoming PAMCA 24 in Cote d'Ivoire.

The IWCA ~ International Women's Coffee Alliance annual convention is coming to Ethiopia on October 16th. We are excited to partner with WiceEthiopia to bring this event to life and to taste some amazing coffee event day 😏.
Yoadan is usually busy organizing amazing events, but this time she is attending as a guest 😆. At this Imex Event, she discusses how hybrid events are like having two events in one, that require a lot of attention to the content quality.
How are hybrid events two events in one?
Hybrid events have to cater to both in-person and virtual audiences. That means having reliable streaming technology and moderators who can facilitate the interaction between the two groups. It's not easy to keep everyone engaged and connected, but it's possible with the right tools and strategies.
Why great content?
Content is king, especially for virtual attendees. Attendees need to be hooked by the content, otherwise, they will lose interest and leave the event. (You may even see that at in-person events too 😬)
But if the content dives deep, is informative, and entertaining, they will stay longer and participate more actively.

Jotun has a long-standing tradition of inviting their employees' loved ones for a "Family Day" celebration and we got to join in on the family fun this past week😁.
As you can see from the bouncy houses, board games, and Mickey Mouse this event was too much fun! It was amazing to see such a team and culture-building event while working with such an amazing team at Jotun.
