Client company has Yaskawa and OTC welding robots. The customer manufactures rail transport vehicles and heavy equipment for the mining industry.

The work includes
- operate (and program) an OTC Daihen / Yaskawa motoman Robotic Welder
(- correct current welding programs, create fixtures that will assist in welding long term parts)
- maintain and troubleshoot welder oprations
- loading and unloading of products to be welded

The task requires
- strong manual welding skills
- Read drawings and specifications to determine component parts and assembly sequences
- Understand written documentation and procedures or verbal instructions (Finnish or English)
- Proficient with basic hand tools and assembly practices
- Proficient with welding symbols and welding practices (ISO standard)
- Ability to inspect their own work and maintain quality standards
- Ability to work as part of a team or unsupervised
- Provide information to supervisors or coworkers through written, verbal, or electronic means
- Certificate or operational experience with robotic welders is a must; certificate for HL045-FW (done at the factory if necessary), and passing the work test. materiall balck steel and thickness 3-30mm.
- knowledge of English or Finnish is required (to the extent that you can manage at work)
- successfully passing the employment inspection (health and drug tests).

Permanent and full-time work is available. The company invests in the automation of the factory, i.e. the training of the personnel in the positions of the welding operator is continuous and it is possible to expand the skills

 Ability to read technical drawings

We are hiring fitter-welders to our client in North-Savo, Joroinen. MAG welder with good understanding of technical drawings.

Location; Finland, North-Savo, Joroinen
Contract length: 1 year, possibility to get permanent job
Salary: 13,36-15€/h gross. As soon as you have shown your skills you can get up to 15€/h, mainly welders start with 13,36 and salary will increase in few months, step by step (this will separately be written in work contract)
Work: 2-shifts, possibility for 3 shifts. Evening extra +1,25€/, night extra +2,31€/h. Bank hours 1:1, paid when bank holiday taken. Remember you willa lso receive compensation for shortened hours that is 6,3% in 1-2 shifts and 11% in 3-shifts.

Applicants are required to have a motivated and proactive work attitude. You need to be able to work independently and understand the technical drawings well. Finnish and / or English or even Russian language would be an advantage. This work is done in client company´s premises. They have job vacancies for project (travel) work too but requirements are different. There work is more independent, and requires valid work safety card and fire work card and pipe welding skills. Location: Kainuu region About client: manufactures parts for mining machines and railway vehicles

Gross salary: first 1 month 13,36€/h, after this comission salary (average in comission ~15-17€/h)+ shift extra in evenings +1,23€/h+shortened working hour 6,3%
Living: lightly furnished appartment, where everyone have their own room, but join kitchen and batroom (max 3 people in one appartment). Rent 230-250€/month. Distance to work about 1km or less. Grocery store next to appartment.
Working hours: 40h/week + possibility for flexible hours following holiday plans and customers rules. Sometimes also overtime work, with 50% and 100% hours.
Contract length: Permanent. Start ASAP.
What we require: ability to pass welding tests amd work tests in order to continue working in this client company. Good welding skills and understading of technical drawings. Good team work skills and motivation.

Для нашего клиента из Северного Саво, город Виеремя, мы ищем сварщика-слесаря.
Это небольшой семейный бизнес, в котором наш заказчик нанимает около 15 сотрудников. Владелец также занимается повседневными делами. Наш заказчик - субподрядчик. В основном они производят детали для лесных и горнодобывающих машин. Это не серийная работа. Для сварки используются новейшие сварочные аппараты KEMPPI.
На данный момент ищем сварщика-слесаря MAG. Сварные детали изготовлены из черной стали, толщина металлического листа от 2 до 70 мм.

От вас требуется:

- умение читать технические чертежи, собирать и сваривать детали на их основе
- опыт работы сварщиком не менее 3 лет
- возможность выполнения одно- и многослойных сварных швов

Мы предлагаем:

- контракт от 6-ти месяцев и более
- зарплата 13-13,50€/ч - зависит от ваших навыков
- работа в одну смену
- возможность работать более 40 часов в неделю (можно делать так называемые банковские часы - эти часы можно использовать в будущем в качестве выходных)

For our customer in Iisalmi we are looking for an industrial wet painter.

In this position you need to work with parts designated to machine-and-equipment manufacturing industry, building-and-construction industry and processing industry. Details are different size, depending on the needs and orders. Usually work is not serial, mostly parts to be painted are single units or small batches.

Description of tasks:
-preparing parts for painting
-painting
-finishing
-abrasive blasting

Demands:
-knowledge of the process of industrial wet painting
-english or finnish languace skills is advantage
- knowledge of powder painting process is advantage

Offer:
-salary negotiable, starting from 13e/h + evening shift additions
-first contract for 6 months with possibility of extension
-possibility for bank hours
-help with organizing accomodation, rent is paid by employee
-contract based on finnish law.
