This is a traditional dish from Eficks and Ibibio tribe. Delicious and savoury vegetable soup prepared using fluted pumpkin leaves (ugwu) and Malabar spinach (locally called water leaf) cooked with assorted meat, lamb, beef, intestine, lamb tripe, cow togue.
