The beautiful tiers are a decadent red velvet layers with cream cheese frosting, death by chocolate with a hint of rum and coke and hazelnut chocolate spread filling and base was our favorite lemon blueberry layers with cream cheese filling. The cake is fully frosted with white chocolate vanilla buttercream. Isn't she lovely?

Last week I was asked to make a cake concept that featured Moana and Maui. I was extremely excited to make it. As a baker, when we are asked to recreate a cake that is not of our originality, not everything will be exactly the same and customers should keep this in mind. We can add more details to the cake if we wish to. This gorgeous one was a 2 tiered double layers vanilla cake with cream cheese frosting filled in between the layers. My heart is heavy with joy to receive such a wonderful feedback. I had a great supportive team behind my back while making this cake right up to when it was delivered. Couldn't be more happier to have amazing friends that offered to help me deliver this beauty. Neha came all the way from India and celebrated her 27th birthday on Friday. A very special request from her friend Mike who came from USA. Here we have a gorgeous yet simple 7 inch double layer vanilla and chocolate cake frosted with American buttercream. If you're wondering how tall our double layer 7 inch cakes are it is 6 inches in height.

A very special request for a beautiful family from New Zealand holidaying and celebrating 2 birthdays in Fiji. Tony turned 65 today. This was a surprise from his daughter Ruby who also turned a year older yesterday. Tony loves banana cake. Here we have a 7 inch lemon frosted double layer banana cake. This one hits different with me!!
