WHY DO WE PRINT?

We have been receiving jobs from new and repeat customers alike and we have been grateful for each one. Even as we have continued with our printing services throughout this pandemic, we have yet to really examine the Most Important Question our business must answer: Why do we print?

Why, despite our meagre resources (a laptop, a small Canon MG2960 printer and one box of Janty Kanvan paper) do we even bother asking for jobs when there are some others who are doing online printing with better facilities and equipment? Why do we bother with the idea of printing in the first place, especially in a hopeless time such as this?

We have just the answers to those questions.

1) We offer the cheapest rates for this pandemic, with 10¢ black/15¢ color single side and 20¢/30¢ for back to back. Our competitors are charging up to 40¢ for black single sides and up to 80¢ for color. This is not the way to assist jobseekers, students and frantic parents who are desperate for printing solutions at a time where cash flow is very short. Thus, our rates are tailored to suit you, the customer, as your needs are our concern.
2) We take care to reward you for every step you take in protecting yourselves from COVID-19, in the midst of misinformation and fake news. We also reward you for trusting us with big jobs, hence we give discounts on delivery charges and total print costs as per vaccination status and number of pages printed. Again, we do this for you, our faithful customers.
3) We aim to provide a personal touch to our work in the print jobs we do. Hence we make sure that we double-check everything we print before we print it, and always make sure you get your money's worth. Our personal touch also extends to our delivery and pick-up, where we take care to deliver or present your job, and do all this with love and concern. All for you, our customers.
4) This is the most important reason. We aim to make sure that you, our customers, are satisfied and ready to give more business to us, knowing that we can take care of your needs. The feedback shown in this post is testament to our excellence in service, and a tribute to our work.

Our boy Abhishek from Nausori came today to fetch an overnight job he sent to us yesterday night to print out. He decided to save delivery charges and come straight to us here at 119 Bureta Street, Samabula North and pick up himself.

YET ANOTHER SUCCESSFUL DELIVERY!!!

Our next delivery run took us to Walu Bay, where was patiently waiting for his kids' primary school worksheets. It took him a while to sort himself out, especially since he is a busy bee at work, but he eventually trusted us to deliver his paperwork, and boy did we deliver!!

Also, being very diligent, he got a discount for his obtaining a first shot of the COVID-19 vaccine, ensuring he saved money off his delivery charges and looked after himself as well.

We have now approached 50.6% of the eligible population being vaccinated as at midday today (source: .health) and therefore we now have the privilege of beginning curfew at 8pm from tonight onwards.
