ECO Pest & Hygiene Solutions Pte Ltd (hereafter referred to as EPHS) is in the business of providing pest control and hygiene services to both commercial and residential customers. The company was registered on 15th January 2020 here in Fiji. As such, our growing business now has an opportunity for a Sales & Operations Coordinator to be based in Suva office, preferably either from Suva or Nausori area.

Job Responsibility

 Track the processing of all new, renewed and amended Sales contracts to ensure compliance in line with the Branch SLA
 Provide guidance and assistance to the sales & operations team so as to improve paper-flow
 Ensure timely and accurate resolution of any customer queries
 Build strong internal and external relationships through comprehensive customer service support and delivery
 Provide prompt direct and indirect quality/educated feedback and response to client and Sales team enquiries and service-related questions/issues
 Support and contribute to the continuous improvement of the Sales & Operations team in contribution, performance and culture
 Providing general administrative support to the Sales & Operations team. This includes support with any Tenders being submitted or attending to customer related correspondence, filing, reporting and general tasks as requested
 Attend to all daily, weekly and monthly reporting obligations as requested in an accurate and timely manner
 Provide a high level of support and develop positive relationships within the branch team
 Contribute to an environment that helps to develop the relationship and business flow between Operations, Sales and Finance functions
 Achieve the highest level of customer service in order to exceed customer expectations

Skills & Qualification Required

 A Proven track record of exceeding sales and developing exceptional client relationship
 Competence in Microsoft Office Packages preferably MYOB, Word and Excel
 Diploma/ Experience in Sales administration or similar is a must
 A valid Group 2 Driving License

Vacancy- Pest Control/ Hygiene Technician (1 Role) - Central

ECO Pest & Hygiene Solutions Pte Ltd (hereafter referred to as EPHS) is in the business of providing pest control and hygiene services to both commercial and residential customers Driving productivity and efficiency.

We now have the opportunity for a Pest Control/ Hygiene Technician in Central region in delivering quality, productivity and efficiency. As a Pest Control/ Hygiene Technician, you will provide pest control & hygiene services to commercial and residential customers within the Central region.

This position will report directly to the Operations and Compliance Manager
Accountabilities of the Service Technician include;
• Carry out Pest Control/ Hygiene services.
• Carry out Pest Control/ Hygiene services according to
company requirements and Job Description
• Develop and maintain long term customer relationships

To be successful in this role, the Candidate should possess strong commercial competencies including the following;
• Minimum of 5 years of highly relevant experience in a
competitive service environment.
• Self-starter with excellent leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and team building skills.

Remuneration
An attractive remuneration package commensurate with qualification and experience will be negotiated with the successful candidate.
