This time of the year marks the coming back of Colombian coffees. We will be serving a few coffees from Huila and other regions in the next few weeks. We're back from our holiday this week and ready to serve some great coffees. We're brewing a tasty and fruity kenyan roasted by @ineffablecoffee. We're also serving some micro-lots that we picked up at the @pariscafefestival last week. 🎬@cooladeux.studio

This is our last week before our holiday break. We will be off for two weeks so make sure to grab your bag of coffee before we go! For the next few days we will be serving @seycoffee on espresso, starting with their floral and sweet washed Pink Bourbon from Colombia.

Today is the start of our collaboration with @seycoffee We're thrilled to feature such an amazing and precise coffee roaster. They're famous for their work on micro-lots and very small quantities and we like to say that we share the same values when it comes to seasonality and freshness. Thanks to @lewislikescoffee we were able to get our hands on this week's lots, it's an exclusivity in Annecy and very hard to find in France.
