Everywhere in the house’s terroir, pruning is bracketing today, to celebrate the patron saint of winegrowers.

Chablis, Cordon de Royat, Guyot, or Marne Valley, pruning is one of the most fundamental of all the vineyard tasks, because it allows to regulate its growth to produce high-quality grapes.

PRIX CHAMPAGNE COLLET DU LIVRE DE CHEF 2023

Chef Christophe Aribert wins the 11th edition of the Prix Champagne Collet du Livre de Chef for his simply and elegantly entitled book "365" !

Each year, the Prix Champagne Collet du Livre de Chef calls on a professional jury - from the worlds of gastronomy, wine, and photography - to salute the work of a great Chef who, through the publication of a book, has passed on his expertise with boldness, excellence, sincerity, courage and ambition : values shared by Champagne Collet for over 100 years.

For this new edition, we are keen to add an international dimension to the Prize : the influence of Cuisine and Champagne cannot be limited to the borders of France. The quality of the culinary journeys published each year has shown us the importance of looking beyond what we already know, and this year we're delighted to have included two works with a European dimension in the Prize.
For this selection, once again, the jury and Champagne Collet have examined all the works against the spectrum of fundamental values in these two worlds : sincerity, the approach to passing on knowledge, sharing and creativity.

For its 11th edition, the prestigious jury has chosen to award the prize to the two-starred Chef from Uriage, Christophe Aribert, for his third book, entitled "365".

Mamie-Boude photographers Lisalou and Guillaume have captured a year in the chef’s life with great delicacy and talent. A year of immersion in the heart of this incredible establishment in Isère. An opportunity to explore the Chef’s world, which has become even more firmly rooted in the Dauphiné mountains and countryside.

In this book, Christophe Aribert takes us on a journey of carefully selected recipes. The material is skilfully assembled to give the impression that you are walking by his side through each season. 365 is also a year of work to bring this major project to fruition. Gardens, harvests, mountains... breathtaking landscapes. The Deux-Ponts printing house, based in Grenoble, was also part of the team. Describing themselves as a Manufacture d'histoires (“Story Producer”), their talents beautifully complement those of Chef Aribert. The team included writer Sébastien Désurmont and artistic director George Riu, whose collaboration resulted in this self-published book that we salute today.

Christophe Aribert invites you on a wonderful journey into his world as an Alpine chef. His book moves at an unhurried pace, “at the pace of the land”, to quote him... and promotes his land and his history, enabling you to experience Maison Aribert through these totally natural, immersive pages.

Champagne Collet and the jury would like to congratulate all the chefs in the 2023 competition for their creative and passionate contributions to culinary literature.

Prix Champagne Collet du Livre de Chef 2023 is officially launched!

Each year, Champagne Collet rewards the Chef who, through his book, highlights and transmits his gastronomic know-how with audacity, excellence, and sincerity: important values for Maison Collet for 100 years.

During a gastronomic lunch in Eclipses restaurant By Cyril Choisne in Paris, the 11th edition’s jury discovered the selection of the year!
