Romana's Pilates International would like to acknowledge the recent New York Times article which raised issues that have directly affected members of our organization. We believe in following the law and also in honoring our history. It is important that Romana's Pilates International continues to pass down our knowledge as it was given to us from Joe and Clara Pilates, through Romana and Sari and ultimately to each of you. We believe that settling the question of whether important archival Pilates materials are in the public domain will contribute to passing down Joe's true knowledge, and we also believe that having access to those items will benefit our legacy.

8 years ago I was embarking in this adventure. I didn’t want to, I just wanted to teach, but God or the Universe (however you want to call it) put the right pieces in my path and it happened.

I am so thankful to my little workaholic angels that are always taking care of me, my teachers, my colleagues that had taught and gain experience in this beautiful place, and also helped me to build my experience and the practice of the clients. And of course, a big thanks for the clients, who bring their determination and great energy into the studio and their practices.

Continuing Professional Education (CPE) weekend. After a few crazy pandemic years, a bunch of the teachers from all over the world got together with Master Teacher Sari Mejías Santo (level I) at the beautiful studio Thank you very much Marjorie Oron and her little troop for organizing this event. We had a blast renewing our knowledge of the and sharing the floor with talented and renowned teachers such as .taupin.paris .perroud from and so many more that if I keep writing this post will get waaaaay to long 😜 So thankful to be part of this community. This is it. Thank you so much for all your messages. Our hearts are full! Now another chapter will be open with a brad new studio (same location though!) This will not be possible without all your support over the years. You guys are the best Pilates crowd and we feel very lucky to have you in our lives. Let’s keep Pilateing!

What great afternoon! My teacher, Philippe Taupin, Romana’s Pilates level X, came to the studio to do his magic with some of our clients. I can’t be more proud of all of you!
