ZEN Holiday Rentals

JACK OF ALL TRADES
The ideal candidate is hard working, motivated, polyvalent, handy and looking for a position where you never get bored!

You will work 5 days a week, 5h per day minimum but this will vary with each season

Your tasks will include but won’t be limited to: stock management, linen preparation (unpacking/ packing), small repairs, running errands, cleaning windows, building furniture, opening doors to contractors, running deep inspections…

The activity is concentrated in Nice city center but occasionally you might have to go in the surrounding cities.

Driving licence is a must, scooter will be provided (you need the scooter licence)

Le candidat idéal est travailleur, motivé, polyvalent, bricoleur et recherche un poste où l'on ne s'ennuie jamais !

Vous travaillerez 5 jours par semaine, 5h par jour minimum mais cela variera à chaque saison

Vos tâches comprendront mais ne seront pas limitées à : la gestion des stocks, la préparation du linge (déballage/emballage), les petites réparations, achat de fourniture, le nettoyage des vitres, la construction de meubles, l'ouverture des portes aux entrepreneurs, la réalisation d'inspections approfondies...

L'activité est concentrée dans le centre-ville de Nice mais occasionnellement vous devrez peut-être vous rendre dans les villes environnantes.

Le permis de conduire est indispensable, un scooter sera fourni (vous avez besoin du permis de scooter)

PROPERTY MANAGER
The ideal candidate is an auto entrepreneur, experienced in the management of holiday rental apartments and villas, already working in the same position for other agencies and looking for some extra work!

Fluent in French and English is a must, with your own transportation (scooter, car) or we can provide a bike if needed

Autoentrepreneur is best but a part time CDI is also an option (25h/ week).

HÔTE/ESSE D'ACCUEIL
Le candidat idéal est un auto entrepreneur, expérimenté dans la gestion d'appartements et de villas en location de vacances, travaillant déjà dans le même poste pour d'autres agences et à la recherche d'un complément de travail !

La maîtrise du français et de l'anglais est indispensable et il faut être motorisé (scooter, voiture) ou être à l’aise en vélo (vélo fournit).

Une personne Autoentrepreneur est idéal mais un CDI à temps partiel est aussi une option (25h/ semaine).
