Voici quelques informations pour rendre votre séjour des plus agréable :))
Ce logement est réservé aux ETUDIANTS et aux TOURISTES.

HORAIRE d' ARRIVÉE de 15h00 à 20h00.
Pour toute arrivée arrivée, avant 15h ou après 20h, n' hésitez pas à le demander AVANT de réserver, svp, et nous reviendrons vers vous afin de vous confirmer si cela est faisable.

DEPART.
Les clients doivent libérer la chambre, avec leurs bagages, à 11 heures et déposer le trousseau de clés dans le casier rouge (près de la porte d'entrée). Vous pouvez ensuite déposer vos bagages à la réception (consigne gratuite), rester avec nous et utiliser la cuisine et sa salle de bain, jusqu' à 19h00.
40€ à payer en cas de non retour du trousseau de clés.

POUR VOTRE CONFORT
- L' eau du robinet est potable.
- Le THé & CAFé vous sont offert dès que vous le souhaitez.
- Si vous souhaitez changez de lit, avoir un oreiller, une couverture supplémentaire demandez-le nous à l'accueil et nous ferons tout notre possible pour vous satisfaire (ne prenez pas celui d'un autre client).
- Ne pas manger dans les chambres, donc ne pas y emmener de la vaisselle, utile dans la cuisine.
- Ne pas consommer d'alcool dans les chambres (toléré avec modération dans la cuisine).
- Pour une entente harmonieuse avec tous les clients, entre 23h00 et 07h00, veillez, SVP, à être le plus discret possible (bruit et lumière).
- Aucune personne extérieure à l'établissement n'est acceptée.
- La consommation de drogue est strictement interdite.
- Fumer est interdit (aux fenêtres et aux balcons), veuillez, SVP, sortir à l'extérieur de l'immeuble.
- Toute personne ne respectant pas ces consignes se verra inviter à quitter immédiatement l'établissement sans remboursement.

This accommodation is reserved for STUDENTS & TOURISTS.

ARRIVAL TIME is from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm
For any arrival before 3 pm or after 8 pm, please ask it BEFORE booking and we will respond if it's possible to do it.

CHECK-OUT
Departing guests must remove all of their belongings from their rooms by 11 AM and drop off your set of keys in the red box (close to entrance door).
If you need, drop off your luggages at reception and stay in the kitchen, use its bathroom until 7 pm (free service). You are more than Welcome:)
Set of keys not retuned: compensation of 40 €.

FOR YOUR CONFORT
- If you want to get another bed, or an additional pillow, blanket, please ask us at reception and we will do our best to satisfy you (don' t take one of another guest).
- Drinkable tape water.
- Do not eat in the bedroom, so do not bring dishes, use full in the kitchen.
- Do not drink alcoholic drinks inside shared room (tolerated in the kitchen with moderation).
- Please be considerate towards other visitors, the quiet time for sleeping is from 11 PM to 7 AM. Out of courtesy to fellow visitors, please be very quiet during this time (noise & light).
- People who are not guest are not allowed to come in.
- Illicit drugs of any kind is not allowed or tolerated.
- Smoking at windows or balcony is not allowed, please leave the bulding for.
- Any guest who would not respect one this "rules" will be asked to leave the premises immediately ans will not receice a refund.

DIRECTIONS

From AIRPORT

Nice Airport is 7 kilometres / 4.3 miles away from the centre of Nice (Place Masséna).
Take tramway line 2.
Monday to Saturday : from 05.24 to 00.15 / Sunday and bank holidays : from 05.28 to 00.15
Timetables given as guideline. Do not operate on 1st May.

If no tramway, use Uber app.

Tramway line 2 is located in terminal 2 at gate A2 and terminal 1 at gate A0.
Stop at Jean Médecin.
By TRAMWAY: change from line 2 DOWNSIDE to line 1 (stop Jean Medecin), by left side, located OUTSIDE in the centre of the city opposite Centre Commercial – Nicetoile and go until the next stop Place Masséna.
OR
By WALK: it's 400 meters /0,250 miles, walk from Jean Medecin tram station line 2, until Place Masséna.

Once in Massena Square, (look for restaurant So Green), go on your left into rue Gioffredo.
Once in rue Gioffredo go straight and take the the second street to the right, it's a VERY small street called Rue Docteur Jaques Guidoni (ex Passage Gioffredo).
You are arrived, go to number 6, there are green plants and look for the big green entrance door on your left, ring the bell named Open House.
We are at the second floor (lift is on service) !

From TRAINSTATION
Going out from Nice Ville Train Station (avenue Thiers) walk on the left side to reach avenue Jean Medecin .
By Tramway (5 minutes): go on left side until tramway station GARE THIERS. Take it, direction Hopital Pasteur and stop in Place Massena (second stop).
OR
By Walk (12 minutes): go on right side and follow the tramway rails until Place Massena.

Once in Massena Square, (look for restaurant So Green), go on your left into rue Gioffredo.
Once in rue Gioffredo go straight and take the the second street to the right, it's a VERY small street called Rue Docteur Jaques Guidoni (ex Passage Gioffredo).
