So grateful to have a visit from my lovely friend.

A perfect day to be in Paris…

As I was putting Malo to bed last night he asked about my Maman and Papa.
I told him they had died.
He wanted to know how so I gave him the simple truth. Which he understood.
Then he asked where they were now?
I answered heaven.
He said “what?” Inquisitively.
“Where’s that?” He asked
I said “in the sky “
He said “well I think they are the birds in the sky now and they fly all around us, and your Maman and Papa they come to visit you because they are flying around watching you”
I couldn’t think of a better way to imagine life and death as in life we are humans and in death we become birds. I loved it.
Very clever little Malo. Warmed my heart.

I went shopping Chez Frank Garage and got this old beat up dresser.
