Analog Football

SHORTLIST is a collection of upcycled football shirts. 20 unique pieces, designed in the Paris area and handmade.

SHORTLIST is also the result of a collaboration between 2 entities: wwwesh studio & Demassa Studio.

The process, initiated in April 2021, lasted 4 months. 2 months necessary for the preliminary work: elaboration of a unique creation protocol, sourcing of the second hand jerseys; and 2 additional months for the production: each piece required between 1 and 4 working days.

Many projects combining football and fashion have already been created. The main challenge of the collection was to reinvent a concept that had already been explored, by acting as much on the design as on the substance.

The different phases of the project were documented by Klem Demassa with an Olympus MJU II and a Nikon FM. Film Portra400 & Ektar100.
